I bought and signed papers on a 13 Explorer Thursday at lunch that was to be brought in from another dealership. Friday at lunch I received a phone call saying I would not receive the vehicle I bought. Was lunch that was to be brought in from another dealership. Friday at lunch I received a phone call saying I would not receive the vehicle I bought. Was told a replacement vehicle was found but had less options than the one i purchased. They charged me the same price as negotiated on Thursday and wanted me to pay extra for the options that did not come with vehicle. The salesman I dealt with was great, but obviously his hands were tied with ownership/management. I don't think it was right to sell me the vehicle with less options for the same price as the one I originally bought. More

Everyone was very kind and gracious starting on Wednesday when we came in and began the process backwards--seeing if we would be able to receive credit. Then if that worked o.k. Chris Landing once my husband,Gary, stated that I had said I would never get an Explorer gave me a lot of literature to read up about any questions I may have concerning the Explorer. Well Friday the shopping day came--received financing and went for drive tests. First I tried the Escape but I still felt like I was riding on the asphalt. So I went to the Explorer and once I accidentally hit the button thinking I was working on the steering column but no the gas pedals and brake pedals came up to my level and I didn't have to sit on top of the steering wheel that was what made my decision, Keep up the good work.
