I was sold 2014 Ford focus titanium. It was late at night and I didn't have time before closing to do a close inspection. After buying the car I did an inspection. The first was the in cabin air filter, I changed it out and it was so dirty the entire thing was covered in yellow/brown/tan looking fine particles that where caked on. I checked with Mary blocker and she sent over the paperwork that the maintenance department quickly and it said in the file that they did change that and a lot of other stuff that wasn't done. The ENTIRE maintenance department needs to be retrained and checked behind. The back head rest are all missing. I payed 1k over BEST condition values and the first time I filled up the little filler cap filled out on the pump filler tip. There is a manufacturing error on the fuel door. The bottom left side bends outward because the Ford manufacturing inspections and testing of products has failed due to being cheap. I love ford but the problems with the maintenance department at this location is the worst. They died about a LOY. I have brought the car to the best maintenance department around in Augusta Ga and got an inspection done with all the problems because of the fuel leak the entire system will have to be purged. The rotor's where not new when I got it, if they were there trash. We need higher specs on ALL FORD MANUFACTURING. Communication between locations as well as corporate coming in and doing surprise visits will help greatly. When I connect bluetooth it allows phone and media to connect but one I stop the car, open door and restart the vehicle it only remembers my phone and no media(needs a software update or overhall). In the inside of the car there is no dimmer switch for the instrument panel. I have very bad light sensitivity at times and it would be nice to be able to adjust it like cars should be. This is the worst experience of my life. Purchased a truck on a Friday night. By Sunday morning had a horrible knock. Sent video to manager Kevin ASAP. Took it to my local deal. Also funny that it was a quart over filled in oil. What happens when you do that you block the positive crankcase ventilation system and thus blow thing like your crank oil seal. Creating more damage and you can blow a motor. Which ended up occurring. They will not accept responsibly for this. Actually no-one wants to talk about this. But i do have this documented from the dealership it is at. The response from Paul Thigpen is it is a used car and as is. You did not get the extended warranty, which would not go into effect for 30 days, so i am beat. They offered ZERO help, accept this shady move. You can purchase the extended warranty now. It will not go into effect for 30 day. Ok great, but i will have to take this to another dealer other than the one who has it torn apart because there is already a service record of the problem before the warranty was in effect. So now i have purchased a $20,000 truck that needs a rebuild in less than 48 hours of purchase and i am stuck with it as these clowns that will not offer any assistance or do anything to make this right other than shady moves like buying a warranty and towing vehicle to another dealer. They are unethical and not trust worthy. So would you want to do business with a company like this. More

Recently purchased a used 2022 F150 from Paul Thigpen Ford in Waynesboro Ga. with 29,789 miles. Wasn’t the best deal but not the worst. I’ve put a little less than 4000 highway miles on the truck since Ford in Waynesboro Ga. with 29,789 miles. Wasn’t the best deal but not the worst. I’ve put a little less than 4000 highway miles on the truck since purchase in September and recently noticed severe outside tire wear on the front (tires were brand new at purchase). Returned to Paul Thigpen Ford today on 10/16/23 in hope of getting the issue resolved. I figured after paying $50,000+ for the truck and then the 2 front tires wear down past the wear marks on the outside, that the dealer should bare some responsibility. Well PAUL THIGPEN FORD didn’t see it that way, I was informed that I bought a used truck. So basically I got the finger and the white line guarantee! Oh they offered to rotate tires and alignment to front end, but at my expense. So much for customer service and fair treatment! So you’ve been warned, buy at your own risk at Paul “Friggin-you-Pen”! Horrible staff in the service dept. brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on, and was told l needed two 02 sensors and a catalytic converter. Paid over $2000.00 and received a brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on, and was told l needed two 02 sensors and a catalytic converter. Paid over $2000.00 and received a 12 month warranty at that time. Three months later the light came back on, same problem, one of the 02 sensors..another aftermarket part was put on but this time l was told l needed to pay for the labor..really..what happened to the warranty? Was told labor needed to be charged as my vehicle was not a Ford product. In May the light came on again, wanted an OEM part as the aftermarket parts seem to be faulty…still waiting for a call back to rectify my issue. During this time, new employees have been hired and know nothing of what l have been dealing with. After explaining my issues..l was given promises but no follow thru..different people same runaround.. No problem taking my money, but a big problem for them to honor warranty as well as their work..stay away, stay very far away.. More
