We brought the wife’s car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When we left the front end was vibrating and pulling hard to the right. Took it back in the third time and they tried to tell me I had tire rotation. When we left the front end was vibrating and pulling hard to the right. Took it back in the third time and they tried to tell me I had 3 bad tires. When we brought it in it was driving beautifully, just wanted a tire rotation. They wanted me to take he car after they screwed it up. I then went to Mizell himself and he was able to get the issue resolved. I didn’t go to the manager Earl Huddleston, because in the past he told me a bald faced lie. I have friends who don’t use Mizell anymore because of similar results. However, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I have bought 4 vehicles from them over the years and used their service in spite of lying Earl. They do have some well trained techs working for them, but it’s blind luck if you get one. I’ll never use them again for anything. More
