I purchased a 2022 Expedition on 10/22/24 with 34k miles sight unseen over the internet. Byron told me it was Certified Pre Owned and in order for the financing through Ford Credit I had to buy a bundle of sight unseen over the internet. Byron told me it was Certified Pre Owned and in order for the financing through Ford Credit I had to buy a bundle of warranties as a condition of the contract. Tire Warranty, maintenance warranty and an extended 100k mile warranty. Upon delivery I handed the driver my down payment and they came with no paperwork. Busy with work I took their word for it and accepted the car so my wife was in a reliable ride. I called Ford Credit to setup the auto payments and asked the gentleman if buying warranties was a condition to financing. He said absolutely not. They would finance without buying additional warranties through the dealer. The brakes were squealing and tires are worn to the indicators. We took it to a local dealer since we are three hours away and they did not show any of the purchased warranties in the system and only one that was good to 40k miles. This dealer did mention a CPO should not have came with worn tires. I called Byron immediately and said he’d get back with me. No word. Over the next month I’d call him or Tim and neither would call back like they said and not pickup my calls. I drove 3 hours on 12/30/24. Byron and Tim would not talk to me. They were there. I sat in the waiting room waiting and another man helped me. I did not catch his name. Said they would refund the tire warranty and maintenance warranty. Fix the 100k mile warranty in the system. NO! It’s not prorated when Byron lied and I’ve been trying to resolve since. He’s a complete liar and a coward lying car salesman that didn’t even have the decency to see me in person to resolve. Here we are 2/3/25. I take one of our fleet trucks in to our local dealer and deal with my service writer and tell him the back story. He searches the VIN and no change. A warranty ending at 40k miles. He told me to get him copies and he’d handle it. It shouldn’t take that. I have 3 personal newer Fords in my driveway and we have a fleet of Fords at work. This dealer was an absolute joke how they have conducted business. I was going to buy the car regardless and Byron and his team didn’t have to lie to make a deal. I’m busy with work and wanted my wife and kids in a reliable vehicle with a warranty. It was a shady under the table lie I was sold. More

I was told the car had been serviced checked out to make sure everything was working properly and was told the car was going to be cleaned up detailed I was called and was informed the car was ready except sure everything was working properly and was told the car was going to be cleaned up detailed I was called and was informed the car was ready except for the part they had to order hasn’t came in as of yet The date today is 12 25 2024. It’s been a couple of weeks now. I was also directed that the car is being detailed. And I can come on down and pick it up. It will be ready when I get there , once I got there the car was not detailed Still dirty, windshield wiper blade was not on the vehicle , need to be vacuumed a little bit.. I called back to see if the pot was in the person who answered said they would check. They took my phone number down and said to call back. It’s been three days now still no return of my phone call. More
