I spoke to Bootsy Barnes regarding the possible purchase of a new car. With my being a senior citizen, I found him to be very patient and understanding. Great experience from the initial phone call to the completed purchase. Im happy with zero complaints. The team that assisted me was professional, friendly, upfront and most importantly honest. I appreciated not being surprised with additional fees when I came into the dealership. Having two vehicle payments because they have not bothered to pay your trade in vehicle off is a PROBLEM and at the same time swearing that it is paid off when it is not. Telling you they sold your t bothered to pay your trade in vehicle off is a PROBLEM and at the same time swearing that it is paid off when it is not. Telling you they sold your trade in when it is not payed off is a problem! Letting someone drive around in your trade in vehicle when it is not paid off is a PROBLEM! Awful service since lying is a part of the conversation. Treated like we know nothing about car sales and buying. Does not call you back. Took two months to get thinks straight. Blame the customer for anything that goes wrong in the sale. No accountability what so ever. NEVER AGAIN! After this experience, I learned this is the norm for this dealership. Talked with many people that had this same thing happen to them. Getting called for a late payment on a vehicle you thought was paid off. Poor business practices for sure. More
