My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with Paul Obaugh, specifically with Dustin. They listed a used 2000 Honda CRV priced at 8.5K that we were very interested in. We thought that $8.5K was rather steep, especially since KBB was valuing the vehicle at $4.2K. I reached out and sent KBB's estimate, but we were assured by Dustin that the vehicle was in immaculate condition and that's why it was priced so high. We've had the vehicle for less than a week and yesterday the car wouldn't start. We reached out to Dustin with our concerns and his response was basically, "The vehicle was sold as-is and there's nothing we can do for you". There is so much more to this story, including a few "sketchy" and unprofessional interactions; Dustin joking about using weed, texting me "Yikes! LMAO" when I questioned an incorrect sales contract, and trying to convince me that damage to the car's bumper was "bird poop". We feel taken advantage of and we will NOT be returning customers. We want to warn any potential customer that's considering a purchase from this dealership. More
