Great experience! I bought a pre-owned Honda Pilot from Paul Moak Honda, and this is the second vehicle that I have bought from a dealership. The first was a Toyota that I had bought new about 9 years ago. Compared to my previous experience, I had a great time at Paul Moak Honda. All personnel were very professional and honest in this dealings. We had a brief discussion about the price of the vehicle, which was surprisingly non-stressful, and resulted in a price cut. The business manager helped me find a great rate for the loan, and was very respectful of my decisions. This was infinitely better than my previous experience at Toyota. Overall a great experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership. More
