Instead, Ryan took the time to listen to my needs and discussed a few different vehicles with me. It seemed that he was more interested in making sure the vehicle was correct for me than he was in making a sale. He was not pushy at all and was completely knowledgeable on all aspects of the car, engine, onboard computer, etc. It was very refreshing. Ryan was also completely familiar with the trim lines, options, and the values of each. He gave me an honest opinion on which accessories were worth the extra investment and which ones simply were not. I never felt pressured. I was introduced to the service staff and their capabilities. I made a decision on the spot that this was a dealership I wanted to work with. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6R and I am extremely happy with it. It is incredible in the snow. Since the sale, Ryan has called me several times just to see how I'm enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Last night I purchased a Forester for my partner. I started research on SUVs about a week ago. The Forester appealed to us, as did other similar SUVs on the market. The next night, we drove home with the SUV. The Forester is beautiful, the price on the new vehicle and my trade-in were honest and fair. That's what got us in the door. The phenomenal personality of Sharon Coppola is what sold us! I've purchased many vehicles for myself and my family over the years and can honestly say that Sharon is hands-down THE BEST salesperson I've ever done business with.
