I've taken my car to 4 Subaru dealers; purchased and serviced for 2 years in Utah, an oil change once in Chicago, serviced about a year in Connecticut. This service center was by far the best experience. The dealership in Utah was fine, but nothing extraordinary and they seldom had loaner vehicles. My oil was overfilled in Chicago and when I called to talk to them about it they were very rude. The services in Connecticut were very expensive, it was difficult to get and appointment and they were a bit slow. The hours of operation are very impressive and helpful. Fitting me in the morning after the accident was no problem. Vanessa was superb, accommodating, and very helpful. The diagnosis was surprisingly fast. The free loaner vehicle was wonderful. They came in exactly on the estimate. I think what says the most is that no other dealer has EVER sent me an invitation to review my experience. Good work and I'll certainly be coming back. -J V More

From the moment I spoke with Brian the sales manager, then meeting with Mike the salesman, I knew we were dealing with professionals. They were straight forward and honest. Went in with a budget of $12000, Ryan was able to convince me to up my budget to $20000+, not by being ridiculously pushy or being your typical "car salesman" he let his personality do the talking. Laid back, explained everything I wanted and needed to know, let me make my own decisions and catered to my needs. He was always on top of everything when asked and gave you the service you want when looking for a car. He was so good my dad is convinced now he will come back in the future to deal with Ryan again to buy another Subaru. He was literally that good. I'll be honest we were afraid of dealing with the whole buying a car process and dealing with your typical run of the mill car salesman, Ryan was far from that and was beyond exceptional. I will be honest and not xx you when I say that Ryan was a good chunk of the reason I bought a new car through his service, politeness, friendliness, personability, and just all around great attitude and personality. He just has IT when it comes to making your car buying experience and overall car shopping experience the best possible and perfection. If you need a car, used or new, TALK TO RYAN MURPHY. If you could give more than a rating of 5 for Price, we would go to 10. We used the internet to work with dealers within 100 miles and Sharon's price was the BEST. I was beginning to have some issues with my current vehicle, a 2003 Jeep Liberty, and was first introduced to Paul Miller Subaru through their service department. The Service Manager, Jerry, and the rest of his team made this a very good experience for me, and seem to go out of their way to do the best job possible for their customers. When it was time to consider a replacement vehicle about six months later, I decided to do some internet shopping and came across a 2012 Jeep Liberty with only 13,000 miles that was being offered at a great price by this dealership. I contacted Paul Miller Subaru's Internet Sales Manager, Sharon Coppola, who was very responsive and pleasant to deal with, answering all of the questions I had about this vehicle and the purchase process. I also traded my 2003 Jeep and the value provided by their pre-owned department was more than fair. I financed a portion of the purchase, which included an extended warranty for additional security based upon the high miles I put on my vehicle each year. Again, no issues here and also no surprises. To say this was a smooth process start to finish would be an understatement. Just a few days after seeing the vehicle on line, I was driving off the lot in my new Jeep which had been given such a thorough detail, it looked like I was pulling a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor! I couldn't be more pleased with my new Jeep and the overall purchase experience with this dealership. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would highly recommend Paul Miller Subaru and their Internet Sales Manager, Sharon Coppola as a great place to start. We started with a different dealer at Hackettstown Subaru. Everything was fine until we said we like the car, but we have to talk price. They stared to do the contract at full price. Ryan Murphy was very knowledgeable about the cars & options, answered all our questions, and was extremely easy to work with throughout the process. The Paul Miller price quote matched the TrueCar price (without asking), which was competitive or better than what other dealers offered. Ryan suggested a way to reduce the options cost (port vs dealer installed), which I appreciated. I also obtained low-cost financing arranged by the dealership. The entire process was a pleasant, haggle and hassle free experience. Ryan followed up several times after the sale to check that everything was OK, and he even installed my permanent plates. I can definitely recommend working with Ryan Murphy at Paul Miller Subaru for your next car purchase. By the way, the Impreza hatchback is a great car and perfect for us! More
