Five Stars -Paul Miller's Subaru Dealership in Parsippany Even though I did not purchase my Subaru at the Paul Miller Dealership in Parsippany, I would highly recommend this dealership because of their exce Even though I did not purchase my Subaru at the Paul Miller Dealership in Parsippany, I would highly recommend this dealership because of their excellent trade-in and extended warranty pricing , low documentation fee and excellent customer service with no pressure to buy! Unfortunately, the car that I finally decided on getting was not on the Paul Miller's Dealership lot. Although, after my car purchase, I purchased the Subaru Gold Plus Extended Car Warranty, at this dealership. Normally, I do not purchase car warranties. This time, I wanted that added peace of mind which also included Roadside Assistance, I visited and called many Subaru Dealers because this would be my first Subaru purchase. I truly had an Excellent Subaru Auto Shopping Experience, at this dealership, because of my Client Advisor, Carlos Arana. Carlos is a professional, polite , honest, respectful and a knowledgable Subaru Advisor. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and even set up an extended Crosstrek test drive for me. Again, thank you very much Carlos. I truly appreciated all your assistance which is why I wanted to take a minute to write this review. I will see you on my next car purchase! Best wishes for many future sales! God Bless! More
Having a pet voids your warranty according to service deprtm My Forester is less then 1 year old; and one seat in it has has a defect - it is coming apart at a seam. I have been bringing the Forester to Paul Miller Subaru for every service, and assumed that since the car is still on warranty, I would have no problems having it fixed. Rob, the service representative, seemed nice and friendly. Asked me about the car, the weather, and if I have a dog. After taking a look at the car he said he had to talk to the "warranty manager". The "warranty manager" (never told me his name) says that because I have a dog it is not normal tear and wear and will not be covered by warranty! It did not matter that I explained to him that the dog only been in the car a few times and every time he rides in a crate in the back. Moreover, it is clearly not a scratch or damage to the seat from usage but a defect in the seam. Apparently at Paul Miller Subaru service department believes that having a pet voids your warranty! I was considering buying a second car from them to replace our old Honda, but now will look elsewhere. More
Brand new 2014 oil consumption Purchased 2014 Impreza sport wagon manual transmission with in 2000 miles started burning oil. Brought it back for the famous oil consumption test and sure enough it burns oil. Problem still not fixed. Make sure you read the fine print if you are a do it your self. I never thought oil changes were so complex. NOT I guess it's subarus way of avoiding a needed recall on all the boxer engines. Never again. I can't wait till this oil drinking pig is gone. More

not happy at all I'm very upset with Paul miller subaru 2nd time ever bringing my 2011 still limited into the shop they let a man drive my car, he didn't know how to I'm very upset with Paul miller subaru 2nd time ever bringing my 2011 still limited into the shop they let a man drive my car, he didn't know how to drive stick, burned my clutch all the way around the building and also doesn't even shift outta first gear! I brought my car back beca use you can hear 2 knocks in the clutch and the guy said he didn't" feel anything" after it happened no one came and helped me even when one of the workers smelt the burnt clutch and saw me really upset he never even asked if he could help me! I'm very upset with Paul miller subaru and don't think I would ever go here again! I know a lot of ppl that won't go there now after I've told them this! I really hope I don't have to buy a new clutch More

BLOWN AWAY BY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I spent months looking up dealers and was extremely disappointed. That's when I found Paul Miller Subaru in Parsippany. Not only did I find the car I I spent months looking up dealers and was extremely disappointed. That's when I found Paul Miller Subaru in Parsippany. Not only did I find the car I wanted, but I couldn't believe the personal experiences I received. Brian and Ryan worked with me to finance my car even with below average credit. Both of them along with the rest of the team there go out of their way to ensure that you leave with a smile on your face. All of the employees I worked with were extremely pleasant, transparent with their conversations and did not once make me feel like I was at a dealership. I think the most significant part of this adventure was standing behind their product. I had a check engine light the Monday after buying the car and they gave me a loaner and repaired the car themselves. I loved working with Brian the sales manager, Ryan the performance specialist, the service department and everywhere else. Please consider this dealership if you have the opportunity, they truly value their customers and will do what it takes to take your business. Do not look any further. This company truly is beyond words. More

What a difference from other dealerships we have visited. The place is very clean, everyone is pleasant and respectful. Every step of our experience with Ryan and this dealership was positive and professional. Ryan was very knowledgeable and made buying a car a pleasant, easy experience.
