Call any other Subaru dealership This dealership deals with numbers not people. I called the dealership to find out if they had a Outback limited available. The salesman was friendly enough but after 1/2 of talking to him he figured out that in fact there were none in stock. I received a follow up phone call from their follow up desk. The guy that called was overly familiar and hung up on me when I told him that I was not satisfied in fact. There are plenty of dealerships that want and appreciate your business. Paul Miller is not one of them in my opinion. The people at Victory Subaru are terrific and polite. Ask for Carlos at Victory. More

Awful Experience Had gone in over the weekend and the salesman we talked to wasn't the best but we chalked it up to him possibly being new. He was not knowledgeable about the cars at all and could barely answer any of our questions. However, he did inform us of a great deal going on (a reasonable down payment and low monthly lease cost). Fast forward to a few days later, when we come in ready to lease, he now tells us that the down payment with fees would be an additional $3K. There was NO mention of these fees on our weekend visit, let alone that they would be DOUBLE the original amount. He had also told us over the weekend that the down payment for a different model would be under $2K with another low monthly payment. When we asked about that one instead, his response was that he never said that which was a flat-out lie. When we asked exactly what those fees were made up of, he couldn't even explain it to us. This guy was such a terrible salesman I honestly have no idea how he is still working there. He completely ruined my opinion of this dealership as well as my father's who had actually purchased his car from them! We walked right out and leased from a different dealer that night. More

Previously, at another dealer, the car we had wanted to purchase was sold before we arrived for our appointment. Therefore, Paul Miller Subaru understood our concern and we were able to focus on the specific car we had researched. More

Equally important, the interaction was very professional from beginning to end, both by email and phone, then in person when we picked up the car. They were kind enough to fedex our EZ pass tag back to us after we left it in the car we were trading in. We hope to do business with this dealer again in the future! More

We felt like we were on a game show. This dealership was offering a special discount and that was exactly what we got, without and problems, double talk, mickey mouse with number or anyother nonsense. We dealt with Ryan the hole time. Then after arguing with them they realized oops, we thought the job would take double the time it actually takes. I had to take the car back again after they fixed it because stuff was rolling around in my dashboard. They delayed my entire vacation, and before I could leave the dealership I was stopped by another couple who had a very similar story. Safe yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. More

We purchased a great car at a very fair price. This is the second Subaru we bought from him in a year. While we were at the dealership they washed my Legacy and checked the air pressure in my tires. You do not get that kind of service anywhere! More
