First of all, let me Thank You for your business, our customers mean a lot to us, also in reference to your review, we would like to apologize for the fact that we did submit your credit to 3 banks to be able to secure the best financing rates for you, our customer. We do get the customers consent on the credit application, which gives us your permission to shop a competitive rate on your behalf, sorry if you did not understand the process. As to another dealer not offering you prime rates based on the score you mention, that is something they control, based on what you state here, a score of 778, would still be tier 1 with most lenders. The VIN etching fee is optional and presented as such, and we offer it to all our customers and explain the benefits and it is listed as optional. That being said, we are not shady or greedy, but do present all options to our customers, to enable them to make an educated decision. Again our apologies for leaving you with a feeling where you did not understand the process.
