I was coming from out of state and they went out of their way to make the transaction smooth and seamless. When I arrived to complete the paperwork, there were no surprises and I was treated not like I was buying a sub-$10k used car, but as if I was there to pick up a $40k new car. Ryan Murphy, my primary contact was extremely knowledgable, courteous and professional throughout the process, from my initial contact all the way through the entire transaction. I'm delighted with all aspects of the purchase and the car itself and would highly recommend Paul Miller Subaru , Ryan Murphy and the entire team. More
They dont stand by their products They sold my mom a new Subaru and convinced her to buy the extra protection that covers the paint according to them "if anything happens we will cover They sold my mom a new Subaru and convinced her to buy the extra protection that covers the paint according to them "if anything happens we will cover" I think it was an extra $699. Now within a year of owning the car the paint started to wear away in spots all over the car. Doing a quick google search subarus are notorious for having paint issues. When we went back to the Paul Miller Subaru with the paint issue that pretty much told us to go to xxxx. That it was her fault for parking under a tree or something. We Will never do business with them again and I encourage you not to. They DO NOT stand by their vehicles. It's to bad because Subaru used to have a decent reputation. Again just to be clear if the car was 10 or 15 years old I can see having paint issues but this was less than an year old, it's still a new car! Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. We headed over 2 hours before they closed in a bit of a snowstorm (12/10/17) Carlos Green (our salesman was as nice as anyone could be. We never felt rushed even though we knew closing time was quickly approaching. They accepted our pre-approval letter, tried to beat it but couldn't. We took out the suv for a test drive and had everything done (including meeting the finance manager who tried to sell us extra insurance and such but accepted only what we wanted, which is GAP insurance.,with no pressure) We'll definitely be back as we'll have 2 boys with driving privileges within the next year that will need something to drive. Ran my Credit Report 3 Times!!!! I picked up my 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5 Limited since they had a great price advertised on the web for a 17' demo with 7K miles. Everything was OK until I picked up my 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5 Limited since they had a great price advertised on the web for a 17' demo with 7K miles. Everything was OK until I found out that they ran my credit report 3 times in one day. 3 inquires in one day made my credit score drop by 18 points. When I went to lease my wife her new SUV two months later, I was not offered the most prime lending rates since my score dropped from 796 to a 778. Shame on Paul Miller Subaru for not disclosing that they would run 3 different inquires on one purchase. They also stuck me with a hefty VIN etching fee that was already applied to a used car... talk about shady and greedy. The finance person that I dealt with was less than desirable. NEVER AGAIN. Buyer Beware. More

I have documented six attempts to get the attention of Paul Miller Subaru dealership. I reached out on several levels from salesman, Ingram Lewis, to service manager, Jerry Ciriaco, to general manager, James Scott, all with no results and worse, no reply. Finally, after making some noise in person, Ron Sheffield, General Sales Manager, comes into the picture ready to do justice, as it were. They agreed to fix the damage at cost. He told me not to worry, he would “quarterback” the reparations to my vehicle. Well, he sucks as a quarterback. He dropped the ball. I doubt he even had hands on the ball. Many months later and not a peep out of him or anyone else at Paul Miller. That is the persistent and pervasive level of service I’ve experienced from Paul Miller Subaru for over a full year now having purchased my vehicle on October 31 of 2016. When I finally got their attention, we end up with this total lack of class and awareness of the responsibility to which you freely obligated themselves. Paul Miller Subaru xxxxxxxxxxxx me on day one and never stopped. There is another story about the 0% financing that went south. Shame on me for expecting truthfulness and reliability and, yes, honor from you. There can be no excuse. There can be no apology. In fact, I refuse any communication of any sort. I have corrected the damage myself with no help from the dealership and have borne the cost just so as not to deal further with them. I have removed the badge and license plate frame and anything else I can find that displays the name “Paul Miller.” Do not trust Paul Miller Subaru. More
Did not disclose additional fees until time of sale Found a great used car here. Was all ready to buy it only to find out that their online quoted "Paul Miller" price conveniently omitted the $475 d Found a great used car here. Was all ready to buy it only to find out that their online quoted "Paul Miller" price conveniently omitted the $475 dealer prep fee and the $400 document fee they added onto the final bill. The document fee is standard with other dealerships (slightly high in fact) but the $475 fee was not disclosed until we agreed to buy. This is just misleading and dishonest. When I showed Sunil (manager) the quote I received from them on my phone, he agreed that there was no mention of the fee. He then went to their website and after several minutes, he was finally able to find the fine print at the bottom of the page noting that they tack on this fee. The sad part is that if they were just up front about the fee in the "PaulMiller" price, we likely would have bought the car. It's really unfortunate that they have this practice. We felt deceived and ended up walking away from the purchase. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the dealer More
They sell crashed vehicles! If you're reading this I hope you're paying attention to this review. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership at the end of May 2017. The serv If you're reading this I hope you're paying attention to this review. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership at the end of May 2017. The service and price was amazingly well. The first time i drove the truck at night i noticed a problem with the headlights. After finally getting an appointment with Mazda, I got some really bad news about the truck. Mazda stated to me that the truck has been in a front end collision and that's the reason why I'm having problems with the headlights. The Mazda service dealership did try to fix it as best as they could. I called over to Paul miller Subaru and spoke with an Anthony. I stated to him what was going on and he stated that he will let the general sales manager know the situation. Finally got to speak with the general sales manager Sunil and he stated I had to bring the truck in. I brought the truck to the dealership and they noticed exactly what Mazda saw. The front bumper was replaced and it was two different colors. The service manager who was with Sunil stated that people change front bumpers all the time. He stated that's common. I stated to him, that's the dumbest thing I've heard. It's been more than two weeks since I brought the truck to them and it's still an on going issue. I also have paperwork proving that the car was an collision car from Mazda. Please stay away. More

We went from used car to new car and ended up meeting in the middle by leasing the Subaru Forester. He was a funny guy and was able to answer every question we had about the cars. Well done, Ingram! Wa Dealership was very professional until we handed our money over for our purchase. We bought this car out of state so the title had to come in mail. Was told specifically that the title would be in our mailbox in the next 7-10 days. On the tenth day I asked when the title would be arriving. They then said that it was 7 to 10 buisness days. So I waited for the end of the 10 buisness days and was surprised that I didn't have the title in my mailbox. Called them up again and then they now told me I had to wait until after 10 buisness days for it to be shipped to my house. The temporary liscense plate that I was issued was about to expire so I called and they promised me they would ship it immeaditly and that it would be there the next day. The title took 3 days to arrive. I was forced to take off work in order to get the car registered and inspectied in the same day. When I went to go get the car inspected I was shocked to find out their were several problems with the car even though Paul miller promised me the car was in excellent condition with no problems. This dealership was horrible especially their buisness manager who promised to call me bsck and never did. Never go here!!! More
