I di Purchased by first Subaru at Lynne’s in Bloomfield. Customer service was horrendous not to mention trying to schedule a maintenance appointment. I did check them out first based on loyalty. Unfortunately I’m still waiting on a price quote from them Unbelievable. No issues with Paul Miller. Couldn’t have made my experience any better. Definitely recommending Paul Miller to everyone interested in a Subaru. Thank you again Linda More
Tire Repair I dropped into the dealer to ask whether I had a tire pressure readout on my 2017 Outback. They were very nice and sent not one but two representative I dropped into the dealer to ask whether I had a tire pressure readout on my 2017 Outback. They were very nice and sent not one but two representatives to go through the software to determine whether I had this option. When I mentioned that I had what I assumed was a slow leak in one of my ties and I need to drive 700 miles back to South Carolina they immediately offered to check the tire and found several metal chards which they were able to plug in short order. Then they added a free hand car wash to boot. What great service! More
Dealer made a mistake but I think they remedied it Took my car in for an oil change and had it completed in about an hour. When I got home I looked at the receipt and it said 0W-20 oil had been put in Took my car in for an oil change and had it completed in about an hour. When I got home I looked at the receipt and it said 0W-20 oil had been put in my car when my car requires 5W-30. Called dealer they said it was a billing mistake and said that the correct oil had been put in my car, but Steve, the service manager, offered to have a free oil change just to ease my mind. Mistakes happen. They said the correct oil was initially put in but you never know. I’d like to think they really did the second oil change and didn’t make me drive down there just to put on a show and dance. Overall Steve, the service manager, and his staff were great. They were all very kind and I think they made good on their word, but still a big hassle and took a large part out of my day. Check your receipt before you leave to make sure all service is marked correctly. If something isn’t right, the dealership will be more than willing to fix any mistake that might’ve been made. More

The experience when I dropped off my Impreza was quick and easy. Fast forward, a week later when I arrived there were about 3 service technicians. All, saw me and not one attended me. I literally had to practically raise my voice when I said "Excuse me" for someone to attend me. No problem, I didn't make a big think of it, I was just happy to have my Impreza back. about a month later, I'm driving home from work and there is a knock in the engine. As I try to get home the knocking gets so loud that I had to pull over because it sounds like something is broken internally. I have it towed to a mechanic and I explained to him what happened. He asked me if I had any work done and I explained the recall. The mechanic looked and under the hood and came to the conclusion that he doesn't think they did any work. The paperwork given to me from Paul Miller states that engine was removed from car yet the mechanic saw no scuffs or markings on nuts and bolts to show motor was removed. So, the next step was to call dealership and explain the problem and that I never had any problem with car until now after I had recall work done with them. The service agent acted as if it was not their problem and just told me to bring it in so they can see what they can do. Depending how this is all handled tomorrow on something that I believe was done incorrectly on my vehicle, As of now the service department gets one star until further notice. I will keep everyone posted! UPDATE!!UPDATE!! 03/27/2019 Worst experience ever. Dealership will not do anything. What a coincidence that I have my car brought in for recall to springs in motor and the motor goes a month later. Stay away from this service department and dealership. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! I should have looked at the reviews of this dealership on here and Yelp before I deiced to bring my car their. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! More

I had planned on purchasing the vehicle at the e no inspection was necessary. nd of the lease. When I called the dealer t inquire about end of lease options, the only time I was able to speak with someone was when someone happened to be available. If I left a message or left a e-mail, it was unanswered. When I did speak with an individual, he told me that I would have to get an inspection from the leas holding bank to purchase the car from myself. He offered the dealership to do the inspection for $500 even though I would be financing through another bank and not the dealership. When I spoke with the bank holding the lease, they told me that no inspection was necessary because I was purchasing my own car. I get the feeling the the individual at the dealership was trying to get me to agree to something that I didn't need to pay. I also put in a credit application with the dealership. Both banks I had previously applied to had an offer back to me within hours of my application. Two days after putting the application into the dealership, the dealership still had not transmitted the application to any of the banks. Service was not much better. I had a check engine light that indicated that the catalytic converter was not functioning optimally. I offered to leave the car at the dealership at 7:30 AM so they could have the whole day to perform the service which was covered under warranty. The service advisor told me that I had to make an appointment and the earliest appointment was at 9:45. I have to be to work by 8:00. Still not understanding why I couldn't just drop the car off and get to work on time. I'm hoping that my experience was just bad luck because when I had originally purchased the car three years ago, I experienced none of these problems. My advice would that if you do plan on working with this dealership, you will need to stay on top of things and refuse to leave voice mails. Insist on speaking with a live person. More
