2016 Subaru Forestor Dropped my 2016 Subaru Forester off acceleration problems. Every time I’d accelerate the car would hesitate to accelerate or if I was driving 65mph, t Dropped my 2016 Subaru Forester off acceleration problems. Every time I’d accelerate the car would hesitate to accelerate or if I was driving 65mph, the car would stop accelerating and decrease rapidly in speed while the RPMs continued to shoot up. I filmed this happening 4 separate times. It was my second time reporting the problem. I dropped the car off with a full tank of gas. The dealership had it for 9 days. They never issued a loaner car despite me asking for one for each of the 9 days. They drove my car over 150 miles and refused to put gas in until I asked to speak to a manager, who authorized $10 be put into the tank. Additionally because they couldn’t replicate the problem I am now driving the car again. Will DEFINITELY be bringing the car in when it happens again, will DEFINITELY be calling corporate about this. More

My wife and I visited Ingram Lewis was the sales advisor who helped us in leasing a new Subaru. He's professional, reliable and a trustworthy person. My wife and I visited the showroom once. He explained the safety features and outstanding performance of the Forester to us in details. Later we considered a higher trim level. He reserved the car for us and all communications were via phone and email including the agreed pricing and terms. I picked up the car at agreed date, time and the process was seamless without any xxxx-ups. This is definitely one of my best car buying experience! More
