I was in a difficult situation. My car broke down on an out of town trip. I had it towed to Paul Miller Subaru, where Frank stayed late to set up a loaner. I returned it 2 days later, and traded the old car for a new one. Dashawn took me through the process, and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. Something came out on the dashboard and I was concerned and I showed up without an appointment. After explaining the issue Frank listened patiently to me and took his detailed notes to be checked. Shortly he informed me that my car had to stay since it required a prolonged labor. He facilitated me a loaner and luckily it was all cover under warranty. At the end, it was all resolved. The staff in the Service Department in Parsippany is quite professional and competent. They always take time to listen to my concerns about my car.
