All your colleagues that helped me (Diane, Paul, Anthony, among others) were truly professional, giving me options and alternatives without being “pushy” and assertive and without the arrogance that many times sales persons from luxury brands have. The sales person Jonathan W was very meticulous in providing me with details of all aspects of the car. I felt so confident that I was getting great value at the best price that I saved money and time by not having to fly out to the east coast and look over the car. Upon arrival the car was "as described" with no surprises. My biggest issue which would not have shown up on pictures taken by Jonathan was that the interior leather would not be in pristine condition. I had to rely on Jonathan's verbal account.
