The service advisor did a great job, very straightforward and provided accurate information. On the day is service, the normal entrance to the dealership and service area was closed for repaving. Had a 2015 Civic that failed DMV inspection for emissions three times. Service advisor stated to drive car 1,000 miles. Car still failed and was told to continue to drive car to complete drive cycle. It took five days to correct problem, service manager had no customer service skills and was only interested in writing a $200+ bill to make this LOW mileage car pass inspection. I would never purchase a new car or have my car serviced at this dealership again! More
