Paul Miller HONDA consistent service. I had not gone to dealers for service in the past. My friend actually opened the GM dealership where I had purchased my truck. Since I purchased my H I had not gone to dealers for service in the past. My friend actually opened the GM dealership where I had purchased my truck. Since I purchased my HONDA Pilot, Honda and Paul Miller have exceeded my expectations. We purchased a CRV in 2017 at a fabulous value and have that vehicle serviced there as well. When my Accord's alternator failed on New Year's Eve morning, Morgan immediately took the car in and provided a loaner, allowing me to get to work. And her friendly approach, thoroughly helpful attitude, and thoughtful, “no-pressure” guidance make doing business with her an absolute pleasure! More

Worst Place Ever So I called to make an appointment to get my car deatailed. Person on the phone was very nice. Called back to give me a price and arrange a time. I said I wanted a weekend as early as possible and they said sure! Made my appointment for a Saturday afternoon (was told that was the earliest possible). Got to the service center after I rearranged my ENTIRE schedule on a Saturday to get my car detailed. Had no appointment scheduled in the computer, fine I guess. You could have made the situation better by letting me get my car detailed but no they refused that day fine I understand schedules are made and whatnot. Then I was going to reschedule to another weekend because I told them that’s the only time I can come, and the whole situation would have been fine but no can’t reschedule to a weekend. Just one thing after another made my whole experience worse. Horrible customer service, horriable organization and communication. Would NEVER go here again or recommend to anyone. More

Airbag recall...they had me in and out in 45 minutes! Mulligan Motors in Nutley recommended that I go to Paul Miller Honda (over more local Honda dealers whose names I will not mention) for the airbag rec Mulligan Motors in Nutley recommended that I go to Paul Miller Honda (over more local Honda dealers whose names I will not mention) for the airbag recall as that was an issue they could not handle (I had purchased a pre-owned 2012 Accord from Mulligan a little over a year ago and he handles my other service work). Paul Miller Honda not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Mulligan thought the service appointment would be somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes. Paul Miller Honda had the job done in just 45 minutes! Their service waiting area provided a pleasurable waiting experience (complimentary coffee and bagels), free internet access with an available desktop computer to use (I am a cave man who did not have a smart phone or laptop with me like most other customers there had). Also, the service tech that I dealt with initially was highly knowledgeable (I believe her name was Morgan Guido based on the business cards she had in front of her area of the service counter). She was able to answer any and all questions that I had. If I am ever in the market for a new Honda or if I ever have an issue with my current one that the more local Mulligan Motors cannot handle for me, I will definitely go to Paul Miller Honda again in the future. More

brought my Honda Accord in because the battery was low. Brought my Honda in because the battery was low. Replaced it with a new battery. I did not ask, but I should have been told the warranty of the new battery. Also, when the mechanics work on the car, they put the headlight lever on "off" and then keep it like that. As a courtesy, they should put the headlight back to "auto". More
