DISPICABLE DEALERSHIP Purchased a tire and wheel insurance when I lease my 2018 Honda Accord. Was told that they will cover all problems with tires but when I needed them, Purchased a tire and wheel insurance when I lease my 2018 Honda Accord. Was told that they will cover all problems with tires but when I needed them, they chose not to honor the contract as sold. I was told that they recently stopped selling the contract and would not honor the contract that they sold me. I asked for a refund and they refused. Called General Manager of dealership 3 times and he did not return calls. This turn a good buying experience into a horrible one. They claim total transparency although it is transparent they do not honor what they sold. They claim respect of your opinion and time. What a joke. I was in service for 2 1/2 hours before the xxI Manager brought me in to share with me that they will not honor what "HE" sold me. Said it was a Paul Miller Management Decision. I was told to find another dealership that will honor the warranty that they sold me. The name of the warranty is AXIS also known as Nations Safe Drivers Extended Warranty. SHAME ON THEM FOR ABUSING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! & NOT BACKING UP WHAT THEY SOLD AND MADE MONEY ON!!! More

Service at it’s finest I’ve never been disappointed! Paul Miller Service employees are fine examples of A-1 service & in particular service tech Dominick. Exceptional Customer Service I was greeted by a friendly service advisor. Explained what work will be done and kept me listed on the progress. After the service was done he explained what need to according to Honda maintenance schedule. It was easy to make appointment and the service area is great with free wi fi and bagels and coffee. Overall I had very pleasant experience and will be coming to Paul Miller Honda for my maintenance needs. More

Some service reps helpful, others not so much The service rep. I dealt with recently seemed trustworthy. The female rep. I had two times before was not. She exaggerated an issues with the car. She acts like everything is an emergency when it is not. I overheard her using the same scare tactics with another customer she used on me. ("You don't want to wait too long, etc.) My bills were high when I worked with her. Wondering if this kind of dishonest behavior is encouraged by the dealership in performance reviews, etc. More
