I just purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L from this dealership on Saturday, July 14th 2009. Every single aspect of this process was stress free. I came into the dealership a week earlier after being extremely disappointed by a different Honda dealership. Paul Miller only had two used Odysseys available, and the other dealer had a few more, so I started there and worked my way back. Other place was full of the dishonest car dealership cliches we all know about. At Paul Miller Honda, everyone was extremely up front and honest. On that first trip, we met with Dan Eller. Dan showed us the car, and we had a test drive while he answered all of our questions. Dan was not pushy at all, and only answered what we asked. He lets the car speak for itself. Initially, we were disappointed that the car did not have bluetooth built in, so Dan said he would keep an eye out for a car that better met our needs. After thinking about it, and researching other cars online, I came to the realization that this particular van was the best buy out there. The mileage was low, the service records were complete, and the price was right at market value. No reason to haggle. I emailed Dan and told him I was reconsidering, and asked him to find out information about my trade-in vehicle. Dan worked with me through email, since I cannot accept phone calls at work. He was prompt and informative with his responses, and most of all, HONEST! When we met with Dan at the dealership, we were prepared for some last minute surprises. Usually these are all bad at a car dealership. In this case, they were great. The trade-in appraisal was higher than the range I was quoted online, and all of the dealer fees were pretty standard and not too surprising. The next day, we had to meet with Steve Zmani, the business manager to discuss financing. On the phone we were quoted a very competitive interest rate. At the dealership, Dan informed us that Steve was able to reduce by another point, bringing it down to a very low rate. Meeting with Steve to discuss the warranty information and financial information was stress free as well. We opted to purchase an extended warranty so that the vehicle will be covered for as long as the car is financed. We felt absolutely no pressure to do this, and we were allowed time to make this decision. Finally, there was one surprise left. Justin Gervasio stopped by Dan's desk with a gift: a portable hands free bluetooth device. I know that the dealerships get these items for promotions and such, but the attention to our needs was exceptional. We actually left the dealership with a better deal than we had negotiated previously. This experience took all the headaches out of buying a car. Dan Eller is a great salesman, because he is so unlike the typical salesman. He works with you, pays attention to what you need, and doesn't try to change what you have in mind to make a sale. I recommend him very highly. More
since 1990 i haved leased and/or purchased cars from this location--all of my visits to the service dept has been pleasant and service has been very good and prompt-- i puchased a new 2011 CRV from Lou Gent location--all of my visits to the service dept has been pleasant and service has been very good and prompt-- i puchased a new 2011 CRV from Lou Gentile--he was very easy to deal with and upfront with all questions and concerns i had-----as a matter of fact my daughter has also purchased 2 new cars here and as i look outside in my driveway i see 3 honda's there--between me and my daughter we have purchased or leased approx. 13 cars from this dealership--even some of my friends got there cars there----- this is the only dealership i deal with and ,as you can see,i have dealt with this honda dealership for over 22 years-------------paul miller continues and improves this dealership More

I would highly recomment this dealership. Lou was exceptionally educated in all aspects of the sale. He was a wonderful salesman, very patient and answered all of our questions. He also gave us the best deal out of 3 dealerships we went to. And since we purchased our minivan there, we have continued to use their service department. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I also recently recommended my mom go to him since she wanted to lease a new honda. She did so just this past month and was also completely satisfied by the service she received from Lou and the entire dealership. Top notch dealership! More

Dealership is great. Lou gentile has been our salesperson for the last 2 cars. He is unfailingly polite, sincere, responsible in getting back to us, and has a great sense of humor. My family purchased 2 vehicles from Lou Gentile. A new Accord for myself, and a certified Civic for our daughter. Both times we found Lou to be honest, and our sessions were pressure-free. We made appointments to see Lou for both vehicles, and that worked to our advantage, because he spent a full hour with us looking at and test driving cars. At no point was there any pressure to buy, as would be the case with other dealerships. Price discussions were also very pleasant - a refreshing change!! I've been getting my Accord serviced at Paul Miller, and so far, so good. Although we live closer to another Honda dealership, the extra few miles are worth it! I would highly recommend Lou and this dealership to any prospective buyer. You won't be disappointed!! It 's also worthwhile to buy a "certified" used car, because it is brought up to "new" condition. More
