Paul Miller Ford breached contract on an accepted offer in writing, after I drove 2 hours to purchase. Made an accepted offer for a new F150 for approximately $55k. Confirmed the offer in writing TWICE wit in writing, after I drove 2 hours to purchase. Made an accepted offer for a new F150 for approximately $55k. Confirmed the offer in writing TWICE with salesperson to ensure the out the door price. Once I had received written confirmation of the total cost, I accepted the offer. Obtained childcare for my children, paid gas/food/travel expenses, turned down other outstanding offers from other dealers on comparable new trucks to buy this truck from Paul Miller. Even called them on my way to give my info to get the paperwork started and triple confirmed my total price out the door. Got to the dealership, was told that truck now “wasn’t even on this lot, our GM uses it as a courtesy car to travel back and forth.” This was not initially disclosed but they agreed to go get the truck for us; (which I find out later had over 2000 miles which was not advertised). While waiting, I was presented a different offer sheet showing an increase in the total price now over $60k! When inquiring of the discrepancy, the manager told me his salesman was “mistaken, he misunderstood our offer and I can’t sell this truck for $55k.” I explained that was not my problem and I had agreed to their offer of $55k out the door. The manager said “I’ll have a talk with my salesman, but he doesn’t have the authority to make that offer” even though I explained this salesman represents the manager and the company. I presented the text proof of their offer that I agreed to and the manager refused to honor THEIR offer! I explained that this is an illegal business practice and that once an offer is accepted, they cannot revoke that offer as this constitutes breach of contract. I was told to “have a good day.” BUYER BEWARE of this dealer. Bait and switch tactics More
Was in the market for a C8 Corvette, had 3 I was looking at. Gave “Abraham” a chance to beat the other dealerships financing before I chose. He repeatedly failed and asked for more time, I gave him 2 full d at. Gave “Abraham” a chance to beat the other dealerships financing before I chose. He repeatedly failed and asked for more time, I gave him 2 full days to come up with something and when he couldn’t…he said the other dealerships must’ve been “magicians or a buy here pay here lot” Kinda unprofessional to say the least, especially with someone who had 25k cash in his pocket 😬 Do better Paul Miller Ford. Your neighbors down the street got my business. More
I drove an hour and a half down to Paul Miller ford for one of 3 Ford Mach e vehicles listed at a really good price on cars.com. Confirmed the incentive and likely payment multiple times before heading dow one of 3 Ford Mach e vehicles listed at a really good price on cars.com. Confirmed the incentive and likely payment multiple times before heading down. We had almost finished all of the paperwork (including running my credit) when they told me it was "too good" of a deal and their bank wouldn't finance it. I drove home having wasted 5 hours of time on an incentive that Paul Miller offered, but apparently didn't confirm they could follow through with. They also told me that they couldnt give me the free home charger incentive (it was an EV) because of the discount. I didn't see this outlined anywhere in the promotional material. The salesman and manager were super nice and apologetic, and everything else about the visit and communication was great, but it looks like there is some serious disorganization going on at this dealership. Just an FYI to all those that see their advertised prices and are thinking of taking a trip to Lexington for a good deal. More
I drove 4 1/2 hours to look at a truck that we decided to purchase. It was listed on CarGurus and Autotrader for $30,995. Once I got home and was calling insurance for coverage I noticed that the dealership purchase. It was listed on CarGurus and Autotrader for $30,995. Once I got home and was calling insurance for coverage I noticed that the dealership had actually charged me $32, 885. Be aware and pay attention if you purchase from this dealership. They also weren’t willing to work with us on the price when we brought it up. I was told that it is expected for used vehicles to have dents and scratches. The vehicle we bought was blue certified and with that we are supposed to have 3 months of free Sirius radio which we did not receive either. Overall I am very unhappy and hope that they choose to do the right thing. More
I worked with Sandra Parks and it was the easiest, best way I’ve ever got a car. She helped with everything and all I had to do was answer questions. She found me the perfect car and then worked with the b way I’ve ever got a car. She helped with everything and all I had to do was answer questions. She found me the perfect car and then worked with the banks to get me approved. She is the hardest worker I’ve ever had in a car dealership and the nicest also. She stayed late and woke up early and ever worked on the weekend. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my car! I would give the grade 100% Attttttt More
Pretty sorry. Bought a used vehicle and extended warranty thru PM. Had some issues with AC and trans and dropped it off with service. After they had the car for th Bought a used vehicle and extended warranty thru PM. Had some issues with AC and trans and dropped it off with service. After they had the car for three weeks they notified us they fixed the AC and could not even diagnose the trans. After still having issues took it to a dealer in London, ky who found the AC system was grossly overcharged and simply serviced the trans. Thanks for PM for charging us a couple hundred so that we could turn around and pay someone else to fix the problems. More
