I purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport from Paul Miller Company about a month ago. The dealership assured me the vehicle had passed inspection and was in excellent working condition. Within just a few week Company about a month ago. The dealership assured me the vehicle had passed inspection and was in excellent working condition. Within just a few weeks, the Jeep developed severe starting issues and now won’t start at all. When I reached out to the manager, his responses were dismissive, defensive, and focused solely on repeating that the vehicle was sold “as-is.” There was no effort to investigate, inspect, or even show basic concern for a customer who had just purchased the vehicle. This attitude reflects a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. I have since learned that this dealership is not a certified Jeep dealer, which explains why Jeep Corporate cannot assist or verify their inspection or service practices. That is extremely concerning, given how confidently they present themselves as a reputable dealer. I have filed a formal complaint with the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Commission regarding their conduct and the misleading way this sale was handled. Buyers deserve honesty, accountability, and at least a minimal level of customer care — none of which I received from this dealership. I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Paul Miller Company. More
