I would highly discourage anyone outside of NJ from purchasing a vehicle from Paul Miller. As a PA resident, I purchased a vehicle in late June whose battery failed PA inspection and was told by Paul M purchasing a vehicle from Paul Miller. The Paul Miller warranty is a farce and I recommend purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. More

I purchased a 2024 Audi in April. Subsequently I traded the car in for another car. I contacted the finance manager(Jose) to process a cancellation request in order to get a full refu Subsequently I traded the car in for another car. I contacted the finance manager(Jose) to process a cancellation request in order to get a full refund of the Tire and Wheel warranty cost which is within the contract requirments. After a few weeks of trying to get the status of my refund from the dealer, I contacted the insurance company directly and was informed that a check was mailed to the dealer on June 11, 2024. After leaving several messages for both the finance and sales managers, I received a call from my salesman (Binny). He advised my that due to a computer issue, no checks can be created until the systems are back up. The refund procedure requires that refunds only go to the dealer and not directly to the customer which is completely unfair. The dealers should provide a refund check to the customer as soon as it is requested. Then the dealer should wait for the refund from the insurance company. The customer paid for the warranty at the time of purchase directly to the dealership, the dealership should provide the refund. Neither the dealer nor the warranty contract document, disclosed that refunds can ONLY be sent to the dealer. My advice to future customers, do not buy any aftermarket warranties. More
