I had a totally smooth, and pleasant experience at my servicing. I had purchased and serviced my A6 from DCH and when I attempted to make an appointment for 2 recalls that Audi required. To begin with servicing. I had purchased and serviced my A6 from DCH and when I attempted to make an appointment for 2 recalls that Audi required. To begin with, I spent 28 minutes on the phone being shifted from one person to another. Ultimately, the appointment would be available in more than 2 weeks although the parts assured me that the parts would be available in a couple of days. They then proceeded to refuse to provide me with a loaner vehicle for this type of service and when I complained that I was guaranteed a loaner at any servicing and the person that I had been speaking with told me that she would have someone from management would call me back. No follow up ever happened. I have been leasing from DCH for more than 10 years ( 4 A6 cars ). I am sold on Paul Miller Audi and the next car will be purchased from them! More
