I came from out-of-state, and a substantial distance, because I found an A6 on line at Paul Miller's that I could not find elsewhere. Some difficulties on my end were encountered, such as getting a rele because I found an A6 on line at Paul Miller's that I could not find elsewhere. Some difficulties on my end were encountered, such as getting a release of lien on my trade-in, but Pam Zabitz, with whom I worked, was exceptional in working through these issues, and in arranging schedules because of my timing problems. I am very happy with the car, and was very pleased with the service, as they accommodated me however I needed it. More

I have purchased four vehicles from Paul Miller Audi, all from Peter Wendell, and I could not ask for a better dealership experience. Peter has a genuine concern with matching you to the correct vehicle tha from Peter Wendell, and I could not ask for a better dealership experience. Peter has a genuine concern with matching you to the correct vehicle that meets your needs, spends as much time as is necessary explaining the process, going over the features of the vehicle, and is there for follow up if there are any concerns after the purchase. I have never had an issue with the service that I have received, and can say that Paul Miller Audi sets the standard for what an automotive dealership should be. More
TERRIBLE experience!!!!! We just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi from them. As we were discussing monthly rates, we were told one price. We decided to go ahead and buy the car. A few nights later, we Pre-Owned Audi from them. As we were discussing monthly rates, we were told one price. We decided to go ahead and buy the car. A few nights later, we went to the dealership to sign all paper work and pick up the car. The Financial guy told us (after we took out 20k to put down on the car) that it was $120 MORE a month than they previously quoted us. How does a mistake like that happen? Spoke to the manager who was a complete imbecile and took off $400 from the car. 400!!! Are you kidding me? Finally we got him down to where we needed to be after MUCH arguing. He basically said that this was our fault because we didn’t re-check the sales persons calculations. JOKE. No where near done yet. We took the car home, and noticed that a draining hose was still sticking out of the car (was supposed to be fixed prior to picking up the car). We were also waiting for a $500 refund in which I couldn’t get in touch with the financial guy. I called 3 times a day, every day and he would never call back. Finally, after asking to speak to his manager, he decided to pick up the phone with the biggest attitude, “I thought this issue was rectified yesterday with a receptionist.” Oh, you mean the same receptionist that kept telling me that you were going to call me? Unbelievable. To top it all of, we received something in the mail from a creditor that Audi ran before purchasing the vehicle with our social # but the WRONG NAME! Can you imagine? Terrible, terrible experience. I really hope I can save someone from going through the same thing. More
My wife and I went to the Paul Miller Audi for a used A4 and what a mistake! We were asked to deal with a rep called Clarence Evans. He was by far the most arrogant, unprofessional salesman that I've ever d and what a mistake! We were asked to deal with a rep called Clarence Evans. He was by far the most arrogant, unprofessional salesman that I've ever dealt with. after we test drove the car and then he presented the numbers for our trade-in value, we showed disagreement to his numbers, he literally got up and stuck his hand out saying "it was nice to meet you both" Are you kidding me???? In other words he was telling us to get the heck out!!!! Never again stepping foot in this dealership!!!! More
After a decade and loyal Toyota customer and great customer service, we decided it's time to get a new luxury car and we like the new 2012 Audi A6 or to get new new Mercedes Benz. To my disappointm customer service, we decided it's time to get a new luxury car and we like the new 2012 Audi A6 or to get new new Mercedes Benz. To my disappointment, the sale guys is not only unhelpful but also very arrogant. My wife end up feling she was look down her when we started talking about pricing options. The sale guy is downward unhelpful and at this economy state, they are lucky to still be in business. I'm going to shop at other Audi dealer and see if this make any sense to pursue getting a new Audi or something else. More
Pete Elia was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. I got my Audi for a great price. Very happy with Pete and this dealership. start to finish. I got my Audi for a great price. Very happy with Pete and this dealership. More
I purchased a car days before hurricane Irene struck. The dealership was backed up, understandably, but I was told my car was ready to be picked up, only to be cancelled three seperate times. When I finally dealership was backed up, understandably, but I was told my car was ready to be picked up, only to be cancelled three seperate times. When I finally got fed up and voiced my opinion, I was told by the salesman "its not my problem". When I explained my wife and I had took off work the last time we were canacelled and the amount of money we lost for taking the day off, I was offered $100 and told "thats all were gonna do for you". We live 100 miles away and recieved a phone call telling us the car still wasnt ready about 45 miles into the trip. This is with a scheduled appointment for pick up. The salesman blamed the autobody guy and the manager refused to step up and place any blame. This has been the WORST car buying experience we have EVER had. I would never recomend a friend or a family member to use Paul Miller Audi. Customer service obviously doesnt mean much to them. More
