We have done business with Peter Wendell at Paul Miller Audi since the mid-80's when he worked in the service department. We live in Bergen County where there are at least two dealers more convenient to our home, yet we would NEVER think of going anywhere else for our Audi purchases. It has gotten to the point with Peter where we just tell him the model we want, he chooses the colors and options for us. We've never been disappointed. I went to Paul Miller because of it's location to where I work. I met with Paul Cheng, who I must say, I was one of the most upfront people I have ever met.I do mean this in a good way. I let him know my needs and the fact I was a BMW person so he had a tough job to sway me away from them. Ihave never seen a sales person listen to what I needed and address concerns the way Paul did. He recognized this was not only my car but also for my family and went into grerat detail on the car's safety features and construction. Honestly, what sales person hangs on an open car door to show you the construction? When we did the test drive, Paul evaluated how my driving style was and when I thought it was over, he asked me to drive it in a way that suited my style so I could see the responsiveness of the car, whih is the A4. After the test drive I was sold on the car. Paul gave me his numbers and I told him I would follow up with him. I shopped his pricing around and met a few other dealers but none matched up to Paul. Paul aggressively pursued me, but not annoyingly, on my purchasing of the car. 3 other Audi dealers did not pursue me at all. Paul had the exact car, color, amenities and price that I needed. We did most of the paperwork over the phone, so when I came into the delaership to pick up the car, we were done inside of an hour. Never has this happened. I will recommend Paul Miller Audi and more specifically Paul Cheng to my friends or to anyone reading this. To be honest, I went to other dealerships based on what I read on this site. The funny thing is, it was the other dealerships reps who treated me poorly, not Paul Miller. On top of that Peter was an absolute pleasure. The deal was completed with no pressure, no games. We have in fact returned to see Peter again recently to purchase an additional vehicle and the whole experience was just as positive. Of course sales is only half the story, the service department is the other. Paul Miller does not disappoint here either. My service advisor, Lou, has taken excellent care of my A6 and also has been very pleasant to deal with... not that I have to see him that often, but he always remembers me and my car and gets me right in and out.
