I purchased a car days before hurricane Irene struck. The dealership was backed up, understandably, but I was told my car was ready to be picked up, only to be cancelled three seperate times. When I finally dealership was backed up, understandably, but I was told my car was ready to be picked up, only to be cancelled three seperate times. When I finally got fed up and voiced my opinion, I was told by the salesman "its not my problem". When I explained my wife and I had took off work the last time we were canacelled and the amount of money we lost for taking the day off, I was offered $100 and told "thats all were gonna do for you". We live 100 miles away and recieved a phone call telling us the car still wasnt ready about 45 miles into the trip. This is with a scheduled appointment for pick up. The salesman blamed the autobody guy and the manager refused to step up and place any blame. This has been the WORST car buying experience we have EVER had. I would never recomend a friend or a family member to use Paul Miller Audi. Customer service obviously doesnt mean much to them. More
Troy the service guy was not friendly at all, vert curt and impatient. Troy did not explain anything and was much more concerned about getting the loaner back in time. He pointed out I was late to drop o and impatient. Troy did not explain anything and was much more concerned about getting the loaner back in time. He pointed out I was late to drop off My car even though I had called to let them know. Peter the sales manager made a great sale. He is a good sales guy but don't think about pointing out a problem with your brand new Audi. He flipped out! Like scary flipped out, screaming and yelling! Crazy! I've had BMWs before and at BMW they have excellent service from everybody. The Milburn Audi people seemed more friendly. Beware of this Paul Miller Audi. Not nice! And I'm not the kind to ever write reviews. More
Bernardo Amster was extremely patient in dealing with my husband, myself and our 3 year old grandchild. He made what could have been a stressful visit to a car dealership into a very pleasant experience. husband, myself and our 3 year old grandchild. He made what could have been a stressful visit to a car dealership into a very pleasant experience. He was very knowledgable about the different models and did not become frustrated by the endless questions posed by a 3 year old. We did not feel pressured into a purchase and look forward to our continued relationship with Paul Miller Audi. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
If you are looking to purchase an Audi, Paul Miller Audi is the place to go. Peter Wendell is the epitome of customer service. Peter knows Audi’s better than Audi knows Audi’s. He is a very dedicated salesm is the place to go. Peter Wendell is the epitome of customer service. Peter knows Audi’s better than Audi knows Audi’s. He is a very dedicated salesman who taught me everything I needed to know about my car and all of its amazing features. He is extremely friendly and listens to your needs. He is hard working and will search day and night until he finds the perfect car for you. His after-sale follow up is amazing and he emails me frequently to see how my Audi A4 and I are doing. He did not rush through the process. Peter wanted to be sure everything was spelled out for me and that I was left with no questions left unanswered. My experience with Paul Miller Audi and Peter Wendell was well worth my time and money. I would highly recommend Peter Wendell to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More
I purchased a 2008 A4 3.2 as a Certified Pre-owned. Not only was this a very hard car to find but the price was extremely competitive. The purchase experience was seamless. When I discovered a problem only was this a very hard car to find but the price was extremely competitive. The purchase experience was seamless. When I discovered a problem with the heating that I had not recognized because I was unfamiliar with the car during the test drive, Mr Saigh immediately made arrangements to have it repaired. Pam came in on her day off to guide me through the final arrangements. I love the car. More
These guys are a bunch of liars. They initially gave a very good price (with some backend fees from financing, which I was fine with) and mailed paper work for a deposit. Two days later, suddenly said dem very good price (with some backend fees from financing, which I was fine with) and mailed paper work for a deposit. Two days later, suddenly said demand for the car is high and cut the discount by half. Two weeks later now the car is so hot that they cannot offer the price they quoted. The sales manager is a big fan of economics (probably tried to major in econ. but couldn't); tries to teach how demand and supply work in the market place. It's a shame Audi has to put up with clowns like these. Nice cars sold by wrong people. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. More

I called Paul Miller to ask about a quote and spoke with one salesperson who ended up referring me to another salesperson. My questions were never answered and I am still waiting on the quote. They seemed very uninterested and unenthusiastic in my business. Can you imagine how they would treat me if I actually purchased a vehicle from them? Then, I sent an email to their customer service manager and it was bounced back!! WOW!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. EXPECT TO BE TREATED THE WAY YOU SHOULD -- AS A CUSTOMER!! More

Looking for a specific A6 Audi... (4.2 V8, tech/ winter pkgs). I have known Albin for years, obviously a positive previous history. Albin called me when they had two 4.2's to test drive. I settled on the B pkgs). I have known Albin for years, obviously a positive previous history. Albin called me when they had two 4.2's to test drive. I settled on the Blk/Blk, 4.2, etc. He showed me and we agreed upon price (I traded an A8L). The used car mgr evalauted my vehicle and adjusted his A6 priced based upon condition after "It goes thru the shop for CPO". Tires needed to be changed - which I advised I would incur that cost and purchase my own ( I don't like Continentals)..... After running through the shop I was told all is fine "Brakes were recently serviced, so your in luck!!" Key needs to be ordered. Great, minor stuff I thought, 7k miles later: After having the car in for oil change/ blue tooth/ Key/ window tint... all is well. Driving home from this service, the Brake sensor alert comes on?? Blue tooth phone stops working again?? Frustrating because I now live in PA and went to Paul Miller (NJ) only due to my relationship with Albin and Dave in service (great guy, excellent).... I've drivin less than 7k miles since the purchase! While waiting for a service date I tried to speak with Mgr for some sort of good will on the brakes. He basically said NO! When I showed him the chronological/mileage order of things he was disinterested saying "It's a used car when you bought it". Funny, I thought thats why I was paying a premium for a Certified Audi Warranty?? I feel that he was dismissive due to the vehicle being a used A6, low priority sale. I feel bad for Albin being associated with this person, but I now will purchase my next vehicle at a another dealership.... I have recently left a deposit on the new RS6(I was told I'm #5 for the US market, possibly 2012 model year release). This will be my 6th Audi over a 14 year time frame. Great cars, sometimes poor sales Mgrs! More
