Pam nevertheless, searched the entire inventory (on-hand, in route & at factory) to see if she could find one and acquire it for me. She located one matching most of my requirements, but was unable to make the swap. I thus had to purchase the car directly from the other dealer. The discount she offerred me better that the discount I finally got from the other dealer. I surely would have saved some money buying from her. I ordered my 2012 A4 S-Line with Pam. She never gave up on finding me the right car that I was looking for and eventually ordering what I really desired despite waiting for it to be built.
