As a long-time Honda/Acura consumer, this was my first experience shopping for a non-Honda vehicle in over a decade. Overall, I was very pleased with the Audi experience, and the staff at Paul Miller were terrific. Our sales rep was Bernardo Amster, who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire experience. He was extremely helpful, and also very patient in dealing with someone new to the Audi experience. The one "watch-out" I would share is the completion of the final paperwork and the myriad add-ons that were presented towards the end of the process. These were a bit overwhelming and while the gentleman (Bob?) who walked me through these was very helpful, it was a lot to digest late in the purchase process. Informing the buyer (particularly a new Audi customer) of these options early on in the process might be one way of easing this step of the process. But overall, a very enjoyable experience from start to finish - I would definitely recommend Paul Miller to family/friends. More

My Paul Miller Audi experience has been impeccable from the start. I started with a pre-owned Q7 S-Line, but due to delay on my part, it was sold. I went back through Jim Ott, Thom Rockey, Eric Schiffman, and my Audi Lady Pam Zabitz to get exactly what I wanted in a 2013 AUDI Q7 TDI. Completely painless process executed remotely via phone, email, and text. Once the Q7 was located and I went in to pick it up, Pam and Bob Wesner provided the most efficient delivery i have ever experienced with a personal touch, they just raised the bar for the competition. In my first few hours of ownership, there was trouble with one of my tires. Without hesitation, Pam, Eric Schiffman, and Thom Rockey went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I went into the service department yesterday to take care of this problem after Sandy and my rep Lou Bernadino provided the same level of excellent service. My first Paul Miller experience has been second to none. I hope to grow this relationship and look forward to purchasing my future cars here instead of the competition. More

I bought my 2010 Audi A4 Premium from Paul Miller this week. This is by far been the most pleasant experience I had with a car dealer. The overall experience of shopping for a car was amazing with Paul miller and I'd totally recommend this dealer (especially Bernardo Amster who helped me with this sale). Bernardo was friendly and courteous and my wife and I didnt feel like we were talking to a car dealer! He explained all the features to me and allowed me to 'floor' the car while test driving so I could get the best experience out of it (and I did!). After shopping around multiple NJ audi dealers Christina and Don were the most thorough out of everyone I dealt with. Don was very informative in breaking down my lease options. He patiently showed us all the colors we were considering eventhough it involved going to a remote lot. Upon pick-up everything that was promissed was delivered the car was awaiting us clean and spotless. Don paired up our phones and showed us how to utilize all the features offered. The most impressive part of the whole experience is that between Christina and Don, they were both very punctual. I was greeted and helped on time, they were waiting for us every time we went. Don was very prompt and respectful of my time and truely delivered on every aspect without delay or complications... I am definately going back for my next Audi when the TDI comes, because Don and Christina made everything painless and very convenient. More
