I had a great experience with Paul Miller Audi and Bernardo. They were friendly and handled things that I didn't think of like changing my insurance. It was all done for me. It seems like they have a lot of used cars sold at this dealer. It was easy and quick! You need to know what you want and buy it when you see it. They don't last long at this dealer. I was looking at a car online that was gone within a week. Thank god they had another one that I wanted and I didn't wait to purchase. I was also looking for a manual transmission which is hard to come by in a used A4 they sell fast! When I took my car home it was in the evening and it was dark. I didn't have a chance to really look it over until the next day. When I did I noticed a screw in the tire. I called Bernardo at the dealership and he got right back to me with the response I expected. They took care it. They replaced the tire without question. I was very happy! The body of the car was in great condition. I am very happy with the 2011 A4 I bought from this dealer. I would recommend them any day. In fact I already have to two people. I like the size of the dealership. Its very clean, new and you can tell they have a large inventory. More
