I had a great experience with Paul Miller Audi and Bernardo. They were friendly and handled things that I didn't think of like changing my insurance. It was all done for me. It seems like they have a lot of used cars sold at this dealer. It was easy and quick! You need to know what you want and buy it when you see it. They don't last long at this dealer. I was looking at a car online that was gone within a week. Thank god they had another one that I wanted and I didn't wait to purchase. I was also looking for a manual transmission which is hard to come by in a used A4 they sell fast! When I took my car home it was in the evening and it was dark. I didn't have a chance to really look it over until the next day. When I did I noticed a screw in the tire. I called Bernardo at the dealership and he got right back to me with the response I expected. They took care it. They replaced the tire without question. I was very happy! The body of the car was in great condition. I am very happy with the 2011 A4 I bought from this dealer. I would recommend them any day. In fact I already have to two people. I like the size of the dealership. Its very clean, new and you can tell they have a large inventory. More

As a long-time Honda/Acura consumer, this was my first experience shopping for a non-Honda vehicle in over a decade. Overall, I was very pleased with the Audi experience, and the staff at Paul Miller were terrific. Our sales rep was Bernardo Amster, who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire experience. He was extremely helpful, and also very patient in dealing with someone new to the Audi experience. The one "watch-out" I would share is the completion of the final paperwork and the myriad add-ons that were presented towards the end of the process. These were a bit overwhelming and while the gentleman (Bob?) who walked me through these was very helpful, it was a lot to digest late in the purchase process. Informing the buyer (particularly a new Audi customer) of these options early on in the process might be one way of easing this step of the process. But overall, a very enjoyable experience from start to finish - I would definitely recommend Paul Miller to family/friends. More

I went back through Jim Ott, Thom Rockey, Eric Schiffman, and my Audi Lady Pam Zabitz to get exactly what I wanted in a 2013 AUDI Q7 TDI. Completely painless process executed remotely via phone, email, and text. Once the Q7 was located and I went in to pick it up, Pam and Bob Wesner provided the most efficient delivery i have ever experienced with a personal touch, they just raised the bar for the competition. In my first few hours of ownership, there was trouble with one of my tires. Without hesitation, Pam, Eric Schiffman, and Thom Rockey went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I went into the service department yesterday to take care of this problem after Sandy and my rep Lou Bernadino provided the same level of excellent service. My first Paul Miller experience has been second to none. I hope to grow this relationship and look forward to purchasing my future cars here instead of the competition. More
