He was able to get me out and to work extremely fast. No waiting. At the same time he was friendly and knowledgeable. I guess I will always lease an Audi as long as you have employees at Paul Miller like Andrew. More

Overall, another good experience. One issue though - I would have preferred to get a call while my car was in the shop with the list of items that needed to be fixed rather than just get a printout when I would have preferred to get a call while my car was in the shop with the list of items that needed to be fixed rather than just get a printout when I picked up the car. Several of the suggested maintenance items could have been resolved while my car was there rather than having to schedule another visit in the near future. More
My father and I did lots of research to find a reputable dealer in the NY tristate area, specifically looking for a used 2009 Audi A4 quattro, with the right amount of milage and for the right price. Turned dealer in the NY tristate area, specifically looking for a used 2009 Audi A4 quattro, with the right amount of milage and for the right price. Turned out to be difficult to find, so our choices of dealers were limited Fortunately Pam Zabitz at Paul Miller Audi was fantastic in her service, and most importantly her attitude. We are still in contact over 6 months later if we ever have questions about the car or service. Truly exceptional. Thank you Pam! More

I was taken right away for a minor repair. Everyone was friendly and the service only took 20 minutes. I was able to relax at the dealership with complementary coffee and wi-fi while I waited. Horrible experience!!!! I was searching for a certified pre-owned when I came across a Lexus GS for sale at a decent price at PAUL MILLER AUDI. I decided to call and find out the availability and proceeded pre-owned when I came across a Lexus GS for sale at a decent price at PAUL MILLER AUDI. I decided to call and find out the availability and proceeded to the dealer in crutches since I recently had a leg surgery, and it was still for sale. They said there was no room to lower the price, not even $1. I eventually agreed to the price since I needed a car but had one condition that the salesman agreed to. I wanted an oil change upon my payment and pick up the next day and I wanted to witness it with my own eyes. I was offered an extremely low price for my trade in, but I agreed to most likely trade it in. When I left I posted my car for sale on Craigslist. Figured I had nothing to lose and the dealer was basically stealing it from me. Within 2 hours I had sold it for $2,000 dollars more than what the dealer offered me. I went the next day with a check for the full amount of the car. I waited 45 minutes to be seen and when it came time to close the deal, I asked about my oil change that I was promised. The sales man walked 15 feet to the used car manager, who replied "xxxx no, the car is sold as is and tell him it doesn't need it". I could obviously hear the conversation since he was not that far away, which was extremely unprofessional. The sales man returned and told me that they could not do the oil change. Way to butter up what he said yet I heard since he was in such close proximity to me. I replied it was a promise and if he did not want to honor it, then I wanted $75 to be removed from the price to cover an oil change, that I would have done at the Lexus dealer. The salesman walked over and explained what i had said and the manager said" xxxx no the car is sold as is and tell him it doesn't need an oil change and I will not remove a dollar off the price". The sales man returned and told me that the manager said he could not do anything for me and that he tried but wouldn't be authorized to do anything. That was clearly a lie because I heard the conversation. The manager did not even pick up his phone and try. I eventually left and found another dealer that evening that had a same model, but newer year with the same price. I walked in and paid for the car in full and was out in less than 60 minutes. In addition, they removed $400 of their internet price. Clearly they are liars, unprofessional and full of empty promises. I can't imagine having a car serviced there. More
Pam Zabitz was open, honest, straightforward, no pressure, no B.S., everything you could ask for (and would never expect) in an auto salesperson. When we indicated that the asking price for the 201 pressure, no B.S., everything you could ask for (and would never expect) in an auto salesperson. When we indicated that the asking price for the 2012 Audi station wagon we'd come for was higher than Edmunds.com's data would suggest, she went to her superior and came back with a "best offer" that was lower than we'd expected to pay, so we happily took it. Note: AFTER the sale, Pam has remained accessible, responsible and helpful as we call from time to time with questions about the car's operation. She really knows her cars. Paul Miller Audi is a classy and dignified operation-- a beautiful facility with good people. Highly recommended. More
