This was my 6th Audi, but my first from Paul Miller. I had been leasing, but purchased my 2011 but now wanted to lease a new one -- a Q5. John was very knowledgeable, friendly and not overbearing. My car required immediate attention and Lou told me to come right in and he took care of everything including a loaner car. The young guys who greet you when you arrive do a great job. Can tell they are well trained. Erik, my service advisor, does a great job, and the ladies at the 'checkout' desk are also well-trained and do a job. Can tell they are well trained. For this visit, I have one point of observation - Erik informed me by phone before I picked up my car that I required a follow-up visit after 1,000 miles in order to complete a 2-stage software update. There is no mention of that in the 'report card' I received when I picked up the car. More
