Annoyingly my GPS would not pick up the address so i was suoper stressed and late by the time i got to the cntre. however the staff especailly Joe, were friendly, courteous and very welcoming. Joe was dealing with another customer but within 60 seconds another employee welcomed me, started the paperwork and offered me coffe and pastries.. fantatstic service. I have only been in the US for 3 months and so far have expeienced the worst customer service BY FAR in this ocuntry generally than any of the 5 countries i have lived in. Paul Miller Audi bucked this trend and made me believe you can actually get quality customer service in this country. thank you More
