Paul Miller Audi

I purchased my A5 in February (at another dealer) and yesterday was the first time I've had my Audi serviced, I chose Paul Miller. Previously, I owned two BMWs and their customer service was fabulous, so yesterday was the first time I've had my Audi serviced, I chose Paul Miller. Previously, I owned two BMWs and their customer service was fabulous, so Audi (and Paul Miller) had a lot to live up to. Orlando was my Service Consultant and he deserves particular credit, as he provided me with customer service that was truly above and beyond. He researched my vehicle and discovered that the prior owner had pre-paid for the next two services, saving me $600+ yesterday and likely a similar cost on my next service. He also determined that the prior owner had also pre-paid for a 2-yr brake flush, so he included that in my service as well. He researched and discovered some updates for my vehicle and we discussed the performance of my vehicle and determined a course of action on these items as well. He arranged for me to have a loaner car and had all the authorized work completed, and the vehicle washed and ready at exactly the time he promised. Because of Orlando's exemplary customer service, I will be returning to Paul Miller for all work on my Audi. Thanks for making a loyal customer out of me! More

I went right to the dealer to have the repairs. The staff is always friendly. Orlando, without interruption, helped me through. He kept me informed so I wasnt wondering how much,when and what else?????!!! The service was performed, the car washed brought out and I was on my way.
