Got a recall for a part in my B7 A4 2.0. Mark helped me out and took care of it. Got my car back at the end of the day with the new part and a free car wash. Oh and I got a 2013 A4 as a loaner which was gr out and took care of it. Got my car back at the end of the day with the new part and a free car wash. My personal experience was that the dealership I visited in Westchester acted like they were doing me a favour, The Long Island Dealership was a tad condescending, and NYC, well , just look at other reviews about NYC. Paul Miller Audi from the first phone call made me feel comfortable & welcome. That is why I went with Paul Miller. Their service was by far the best, extremely courteous, highly professional, and made the buying experience for a single woman a highly supportive and hassle free. They blew the other dealerships away. I travelled to NJ, (I live in NY) and it was worth the effort I would recommend buying from Paul Miller Audi to anyone in the tri-state area. Paul Cheng, Eric Schiffman and Steve Beckerman all went above and beyond for me, even when I was a little fussy & difficult (ashamedly, my words, not theirs) after being put thru the wringer with the aforementioned dealerships. And did I mention the free Wifi, Keurig coffee, & muffins? I would definitely purchase from them again. More

I have purchased numerous cars over the years, and responsible for doing so for our Company, and I have never had such a good relationship with an Auto Dealer and their employees, as I have had with this one. They are fair in their approach, and responsive when you need them. I travel a lot on business, and have to work my car service into my schedule. Orlando has always found a way to accommodate my schedule and get my car in for its service. This is the second car I have acquired from Paul Miller, and it will surely not be the last. The quality, style, and price of a car is only a portion of the whole process in owning or leasing one; the people you work with during and after that decision is made is a huge reason to keep customers coming back More

Got in touch with this dealership online showing interest in an A4 manual trans. Christina Manzo emailed me and gave me some background as to what they have and asked a question or two. Later on that day, Albin Bizub emailed and told me he had located a manual trans (rare) Premium in black with gray interior and gave me the list price, invoice, and sales price without any hesitation. I didn't believe him. That's not the way it usually works. I told him I had a trade but because he hadn't seen my car he could only give me a $ range (which I already knew.) I didn't believe that was going to happen either. Made an appointment, stopped by the dealership ready for the same old bait and switch or other nonsense. Met Albin, a true professional, and we went over the numbers again while someone looked at my car. Was surprised, that because I was trading in an Audi I received another $1,000 off the price. I checked Audi incentives before the visit and knew about this, but thought he had already included it in the price he gave me ("...all rebates and incentives..." you know the routine) By the way, the price I was quoted in the email was EXACTLY what I was quoted in person, plus an additional 1K off. The appraisal came back at the low end of the estimate because my "check engine" light was on but they gave me MORE than I expected anyway. They did not go over the car and nit-pick. "Here's the best we can do with the trade." Again, more than I expected, no nonsense. All in all, I didn't have to deal with bait and switch, having to demand my car keys back, listening to a manager try and push me into a purchase, yada, yada...; none of that garbage. I had been shopping around, not in a real hurry, for about 6 months and during that time didn't find a dealer, salesperson, or price that intrigued me enough to get serious until I went to Paul Miller Audi. Everything here was on the up and up and we made a deal within 20 minutes! Great people, great dealership. Give them a try, ask for Albin. More
