Paul Miller Audi

I have given Orlando Nieves at Paul Miller Audi the highest rating possible for the following reasons: 5 weeks ago I was the victim of a pothole in my neighborhood where the two tires on the right sid highest rating possible for the following reasons: 5 weeks ago I was the victim of a pothole in my neighborhood where the two tires on the right side of my car were cut. I was towed to Bernardsville Audi because the Road Side assistance had instructions to take me to the closest Audi Dealer which at the time was Bernardsville Audi. The service manager was rude and made me feel like I was imposing on him. I purchased the tire and wheel insurance plan when I leased my car and the tires were replaced. The car drove very roughly and I went back to them and was told that the wheels were bent. They thought they had approval from the insurance company but did not process it properly but told me that they straightened out the wheels. I went back to them 4 more times since the car was still shaking violently. First I recommended that they put the new tires both on the front or back rather than on one side which they finally did. Each time I went back there was a different service manager because they were transferring their staff from Mendham to the Quarry and back. On another visit they told me that the tires were never balanced because they did not see any weights on the tires. Bottom line - the car was never repaired properly and what was the most insulting was that the Service manager told me directly, "I cannot wait to be rid of you". I told them that they should take some lessons from Paul Miller Audi - specifically Orlando Nieves. I have been a customer of Paul Miller Audi for over 12 years. If Bernardsville was my first experience with Audi I would never buy one again. I wish I had insisted that the flat bed tow truck take me to Paul Miller Audi in the first place even if I had to pay for it. Two weeks later I was scheduled for regular service and went to my long standing service manager, Orlando, at Paul Miller Audi and asked that he check out the tires that were still shaking -and to please replace one of the new tires had developed a bubble within a week of being installed. He discovered that the wheels that were supposedly repaired were extremely warped and bent and advocated for my case with the insurance company and FINALLY repaired the damage properly. I cannot emphasize enough how much it means to have a dedicated service manager looking after my interests. I wasted days of work and neglected the care of my children in trying to plow through the issues with Bernardsville Audi and regretted ever allowing my car to be taken there. It is truly because of the excellent and professional service I continually receive from Orlando that I will continue to be an Audi customer. Between my daughter and myself we have purchased or leased 6 Audis and will continue to do so largely due to the service we have received and the demonstration that the Paul Miller team and managers like Orlando really care about their customers.
