I am a widow whose husband always took care of our cars. The car told me I needed an oil change, so I brought it to Paul Miller. Although our assigned service manager was off that day, another saw from our records that the car was due for annual maintenance required to maintain a warranty must be husband had purchased, and fit me into the schedule to have it done instead of the oil change, although it was a lot more work. Moreover, it cost me nothing out of pocket as it was covered by warranty and saved me the expense of the oil change I thought I needed. I am very grateful that there is one less thing in life I now know I don't need to worry about. More
