Avoid this place at all costs. I went to Paul Masse in East Providence Rhode Island 30August2017 to have my vehicle serviced. All went as expected however when I brought up the issue that the leather on my steering wheel was starting to come undone, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. I called the dealership 31August2017 and spoke to the service manager Sam DeSousa and his exact words... you didn't buy the vehicle here we have no loyalty to service your vehicle, you also gave us a bad survey so why should we service your vehicle. When I told him I would be contacting General Motors, the BBB, Rhode Island Auto Dealers Association, local news station consumer advocate division, as well as sharing this on social media was told by this service manager I don't care do what ever you want to do. The Vehicle I have is a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 18,700 miles on it. The below is from the New Vehicle Warranty booklet. Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty (including tires): Coverage is for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. 3 years/36,000 Miles Limited Warranty Coverage Chevrolet is committed to ensuring satisfaction with your new vehicle. Your Chevrolet dealer also wants you to be completely satisfied and invites you to return for all your service needs, both during and after the warranty period. To help keep things in proper working order, Chevrolet will warrant each 2016 model year from bumper-to-bumper for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first; see dealer for details) with no deductible, from the original in-service date of the vehicle, for warrantable repairs that are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship. The below is directly from page 4 of the New Vehicle warranty booklet. Repairs Covered The warranty covers repairs to correct any vehicle defect, not slight noise, vibrations, or other normal characteristics of the vehicle due to materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period. Needed repairs will be performed using new, re-manufactured, or refurbished parts. Obtaining Repairs To obtain warranty repairs, take the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer facility within the warranty period and request the needed repairs. Great Dealership ! the service department and the service advisor were great. I had my 2016 corvette in for an oil change and the service advisor looked up any recalls w the service department and the service advisor were great. I had my 2016 corvette in for an oil change and the service advisor looked up any recalls without me asking. All 3 recalls were taken care of while i waited. It's always a pleasure spending time talking to my salesman Paul Dragich when my car is in for service. Paul is one of those rare people that make you feel good about spending almost $80.000 on a toy. I am an extremely satisfied customer with Sales and Service. Mike L. More
Got It Right the First Time! Oil apparently leaking from my 2017 Volt. xxx! Brought it to the service bay at Paul Masse and asked them to take a look. They did, they showed me the Oil apparently leaking from my 2017 Volt. xxx! Brought it to the service bay at Paul Masse and asked them to take a look. They did, they showed me the leaking oil pan gasket and asked me if I had an hour for them to make it right. An hour later I am driving back to work with an excellent repair having been accomplished. repair on a newly purchased car I tried the online "click and drive" option to buy a new car. Salesman, Wayne Guindon, brought 2 cars to my work location and I bought a 2016 Malibu. When I needed a seat repaired he came to my office, brought the auto in the service bay where Sam & Josh efficiently replaced the part. What terrific service! More

pffffft went in to see the service manager for a problem I was having on my 2012's leather seat....after waiting for the manager to come out he walked over..t went in to see the service manager for a problem I was having on my 2012's leather seat....after waiting for the manager to come out he walked over..took a quick look at the car and told me I must have gotten in it with a scredriver in my pocket......said he would not even bother asking the Chevy rep to come look at the car and told me nothing they could do. Not wanted to make a scene I just left...I went to another dealer. the Service manager came out..looked closely at the problem found that the backj of the seatbelt clip was cutting into the leather seat and ordered me a new seatbelt unit plus new leather for the seat all under warranty.. I will be taking my corvette to the other dealership from now on....it might be a few miles more to drive but at least the service manager there took the time to find the problem... More
I was clearly in the wrong with an issue with their service department ( I didn't find out until much later, that I was in the wrong) and they still bent over backwards to accomadate and make me walk a service department ( I didn't find out until much later, that I was in the wrong) and they still bent over backwards to accomadate and make me walk away happy.
