Good evening Mr. Toohey, It is impossible for anyone to drive their vehicle for length of time you did with a loose drain plug. More damage would have been done to the truck. Now, this is not something we were going to argue. We wanted to try to clean the driveway the best we could as a goodwill gesture. You agreed to this as well. However, once we were being forced to replace your entire driveway which is victim to years of neglect that was where we drew the line. Years of a relationship was being held over our heads to repair an entire driveway. Raised voices and making insulting comments because we would not acquiesce to your coercion was not going to be tolerated. We wish you the very best in all your future sales and service needs. Claimed the issues were with the tires (2 weeks old and the issue was also was present with my older tires which blew out at 28k miles which is another issue. Everyone knows it was the Chevy Shake. Chevy does not stand behind their product and Paul Masse has no loyalty any more. Sold the truck and bought a Ram. Having all my family and friends do the same.
