Don’t want to make a deal. I am surprised. I have purchased multiple vehicles every 5 years from this delearship and have always been able to work out a price. They always seeme I am surprised. I have purchased multiple vehicles every 5 years from this delearship and have always been able to work out a price. They always seemed to have the Lowest prices of gm vehicles until recently. They couldn’t match the price of Hurd in Johnston and make a deal. This is disappointing because their service department is second to none. More

The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he’s a Red Sox fan! More

I went for a lease on a 2018 Volt for a number of reasons. The whole process took about 2-1/2 hours and I was on my way in my new car. Very efficient process. More

Won’t change oil if not car not purchased from them! Own a 2016 Corvette and I summer in Rhode Island for four months. Indicator to change oil comes on. I call for an appointment. Second question “ did you buy it here?” When I said no, I bought it in South Carolina she relied “We won’t service you”. I called my guy at Rick Hendricks in SC and asked where he would recommend I take it up here. He called Masse and talked to the management and they blew him off. He’s never heard of this. I’ve never heard of this. An oil change is nothing. What happens if I really need service?? Think I will call someone in the corvette club and ask where, other than Paul Masse, they take theirs. More
