I called Paul Masse and spoke to Derek over the phone before we actually went to the dealership (since we had a poor experience at another local Chevrolet dealership just a day earlier). I told him the exact truck we were looking for, color, specifications and price where we were comfortable because I wanted to know if what we wanted was even feasible. He told me he'd give me a call back in a few hours, after I was out of work, and he'd tell me what he came up with. Just 10 minutes after I was out of work, Derek gave me a call with happy news that he did have the vehicle we were looking for and that we could definitely buy the truck for the price we wanted. So my fiance and I went to the dealership that night to check out the truck and to work out the deal. Derek was very down-to-earth and honest and he wasn't the typical pushy salesman. He seemed to really care about helping us out to get exactly what we wanted. Just two days later, we drove the truck home!
