His experience and knowledge were very helpful as his familiarity with the manufacturer programs saved us thousands of dollars. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the car and the price. In fact, the next morning when we came in to pick up the truck, he found us another rebate, saving us another $1,000. We were used to the usual car salesman slickness combined with subtle pressure -- neither of which we found with Paul. First off and probably most important, he knows his way around the new technology. He clearly explained the ins and outs of the state-of-the-art electronics and patiently made sure we understood operation of the Volt. We told him where we needed our lease payment to be and what we wanted in the new car and he worked with us to make it possible.
