We reached an agreement that was fair to us and to the dealer with both the trade in and with the purchase of our used truck. The day following our negotiations we came back to finish the paperwork and pick up the truck. Before we entered the showroom Gino yells over to me "we put new tires on it". The tires that were on it originally were adequate but I knew we would probably wan to put new ones on in about 6 months before winter hits. I was totally floored. I said to Gino "your generosity makes me speechless". What a class act Gino and his dealership is. We never demanded new tires, we never asked for them. It was totally unexpected. More

Paul Masse is not trustworthy. I'm from out of state and their salesman emailed me that he agreed to take a deposit the next morning on a Corvette and even emailed me to congratulate me on my new car. E and their salesman emailed me that he agreed to take a deposit the next morning on a Corvette and even emailed me to congratulate me on my new car. Early next morning however he unapologetically emailed me that my Corvette was sold to someone else before even asking me first. Without trust, their word means nothing so don't be a fool of advancing them any money if you're from out of state like me. You'd be safer by taking your business elsewhere.
