It looked like Paul Masse had great prices on a vehicle I was interested in, so I submitted an inquiry; initially I was impressed with the quick response time and seemingly friendly customer service. Unfortunately from there the experience was all downhill and fast. I was told the car I was inquiring about had a small scratch that needed a quick repair but would be contacted with an update for the timing later that day. No contact for multiple days until I reached out. I contact them and find out it's still not back, which is fine the customer service does not control the repair time, I completely understand. All I asked was to please keep me updated even if it's not done. I was told I would get a call by the end of day with more information. No call that day, or for multiple more. I reach out again. Same story, same promises, same non response. This went on for about 3 weeks until I decided it was no longer worth it. So in short - rather than communicate with customers, I had to keep reaching out despite being told I would be contacted. It was always "oh this person" or "that person" was supposed to reach out. Even when I e-mailed my customer service agent that I would likely be writing a poor review due to the lack of communication, I received no reply. So here's the negative review of a bad experience -- too bad because there prices do seem on point and others seem to be having positive experiences. This was just far from it. More

NEVER buy "Certified" here Bought a "certified" pre-owned Chevy Silverado here in April 2014. The only reason I got any sort of a deal on the price was because the certified pr Bought a "certified" pre-owned Chevy Silverado here in April 2014. The only reason I got any sort of a deal on the price was because the certified pre-owned vehicle had physical damage. I spoke with Dave Wellington on the phone prior to driving 1.5 hours to look at the vehicle. Dave brought the vehicle around, and before he could even get out of the truck I saw a dent that had already begun to rust. They told me that the reason that the vehicle was priced so aggressively was because of the physical damage, but that mechanically it was fine, which so far has been true. However, once I got home, another 1.5 hr ride, my wife hopped in the back seat, and being the great mother she is, checked to see how our children would fit. Turns out that all 3 rear seat belts were torn. Both outside ones were still attached, but torn 2/3 of the way through. The middle one was torn all the way through. I find it very hard to believe that seat belts are not part of Chevrolet's 172-point Certified pre-owned inspection process. Instantly, I called to complain and request that this get fixed at their expence. They did agree to do this, but would not let me get the work do at any of the 20+ Chevrolet dealers closer to my home. So, once they ordered the belts (1 week later) I drove another 1.5 hour to get there just to find out that they had ordered the wrong belts and that I would have to come back again...xxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a Silverado, there must be 100 of them on their lot, couldn't swap some out and fix the vehicle that they own at a later date??? Finally, they offered to send a driver to my house to pick up my truck and drive it back there to get the belts fixed (another week later) and assured me that it would be returned with a full tank of gas. Well, the work was finally complete, but I had less gas than when it left. They must have tried to just re-fill what they had used. I called and spoke with Dave Wellington about this and he told me to come back down, 1.5 hrs, to get my tank of gas. YEAH RIGHT!!!. No offer to mail a gas card, that would be the easy fix. Any half-witted sales man would know that. I will be happy if I never even drive by this dealership again. O yeah, the finance girl had the worst attitude. I would say what I really think of her, but then this review might not get posted. More
