Financing Three months ago purchased a vehicle at Ford. Yesterday purchased a vehicle from Chevy. Same practice. At signing for six years, stressed an amount I was comfortable with but NO extended warranty. We'll I signed. As soon as I got home I realized it was 75 payments instead of 72. Called back. Told them I was canceling the deal unless it was fixed. Had to go back and void out first set and re sign new forms. I was only vigilant because went through this at Ford. How many are not checking? Make sure you check payment schedule. The sales person was great. He was not the issue More

The first time I came in and Jordan and I were talking numbers after the test drive, Stacey came by to finalize the numbers, but he was very rude and condescending to me and I was completely turned off. I would never buy a car from someone who treats people like that. A few days later, Jordan called me to let me know they still had the car and the price had been reduced. With that information, I decided that since Jordan was so easy to work with, I would come back in to see if we could make a deal. Luckily Stacey wasn't involved so I was happy to purchase the car.
