Once I narrowed down my selection, Dominique made an appointment for me to come in and see Richard Lima. With the help of Richard and Dominique, I had the truck I wanted and was in the showroom for less than 2 hours! Best automobile buying experience I've ever had. More

To say I had a wonderful experience would be an understatement. From start to finish we were treated very well. I dealt with the dealership through email and upon my arrival had all paperwork and vehicle ready for a test drive. On arrival we were greeted by Jordan. Jordan was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and knew everything we wanted to get accomplished that day. The sale from start to finish was very smooth. This dealership has earned my business for many years to come. More
Simply The Best!! I sort of shrugged the suggestion off because of my work history (I'm self-employed) and credit history (not the greatest). I decided to give it a try and was immediately greeted by Kim's "Consigliere" Chris Mills at the door. My initial reaction was "here comes a typical salesman and he's going to TELL me what I want (or, even worse, tell me what I could actually GET) I'd experienced this at every other dealership I'd visited. The first thing these other places asked me about was my credit history and, when I told them, I was immediately handed off to "a new guy" and taken to the "lesser" sections of the dealerships (the parts you dont see from the streets). After introductions were made, Chris and Kym sat me down and asked me what I was interested in and then actually gave us several choices (again, leaving it up to us). My wife and I told them what we were looking for (in our dreams) and then waited for the inevitable-credit forms and then denial. But a strange thing happened. Kym said "okay-if that's what you want, we'll make this work". She then went into her office and proceeded to spend the next 3 or 4 hours hunched over her computer with the phone in her ear. While she went on the mission of getting us approved for a 3 year lease on a 2017 Equinox, Chris, essentially, held our hands and made sure to keep us aware that Kym was working on getting the numbers to work for us and that she was doing nothing but working on our deal. (Keep in mind that this was on 7/31 which is one of the busiest days at the dealership so Kym and Chris could have given us the blow-off and moved onto another customer with perfect credit and gotten the deal shut in a half hour rather than the marathon of phone calls and spreadsheets that our situation no doubt required. By the end of that day, the bank still wasn't willing to approve us and i left at closing time with the expected feeling if dissappointment but still very impressed that Kym amd Chria had worked as hard as they did on a case that was clearly doomed from the start. As we were leaving, my cell phone rang and it was Kym telling us not to be discouraged becsue she was going to make this work. Again, I was impressed by her optimism but definitely didn't think I'd be getting an automobile anytime soon (or ar least not the one that we wanted). I got another call from Kym first thing the next morning telling me to be ready because "today was going to be the day". I figured this was her last call to me and it was just a way of them letting us down gently and, despite what she said, it was a new day and she'd already wasted most of the previous day on us, so she was going to move on to greener pastures and move our file to the bottom while she grabbed some sure things to make up for the day before. That began a day of me getting a text or a call from Kym every hour telling us "don't worry, we'll get this done". Again, I was ready to give her an A for effort but was ready to be let down. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Kym telling me that all she needed were a couple of minor things from me and we could get this done. We gathered the things she asked for and raced back to the dealership. Again, the bank decided that the items werent sufficient and I was ready to leave. At that point, Kym told me that "I see the look on your face and, you have my word, you will have this car today". Again, she went into her office and DID NOT stop working until she was magically able to tell us that the deal was done and we'd have the keys shortly. As Chris walked us through the final batch of paperwork, I found out that, not only had Kym done the impossible and gotten me approved for a 3 year lease but she also had gotten us into a 2018 model rather than the 2017 we were expecting (and this was no up-sell either. The price was exactly what we had been told the 2017 was going to cost). As I took pictures of my wife and daughter getting into our first new car, Kym had left for a break. Whereas most people would have been out front boasting about how "they" made it happen, Kym didn't want any extra credit for doing her job. As I thanked Chris and asked him to please relay my gratitude to Kym, he asked me to wait a minute before we left because there was one last thing that Kym had asked him to do for us. He ran inside and cane out with a "Paul Masse Teddy Bear" for my daughter. It was the perfect ending to a crazy 5 month journey (that could have been cut down to a few hours had I just gone to see Kym and Chris at Paul Masse Chevrolet front he beginning). If there is anyine out there reading this who needs an automobile, save yourself the disappointment that I put myself through and START with Kim and Chris at Paul Masse and you will spend the next 5 months driving around in the car of your dreams rather than experiencing nightmare after nightmare at the "other places" Thank you so, so much Kym and Chris. As I've told you, you have gained a customer and friend for life. More

I never felt pressured and the financing options they provided were fair and reasonable. I gave them my budget and stressed the need to stay below and they met the mark. So-So Experience & Not the Best Price Went shopping for a new car and found one I liked. I just didn't feel the One-Price was really the best deal going and decided to shop around. The sal Went shopping for a new car and found one I liked. I just didn't feel the One-Price was really the best deal going and decided to shop around. The salesperson was relentless, calling me all day, even 7:30 am to try and get my business. I found another dealer offering me thousands less for a very comparable car. When I asked the salesperson to meet or beat the offer, he said he'd check with the Sales Manager and call me back. Needless to say, I never heard from him again. Not even the courtesy to tell me they couldn't come close on price. I purchased from the other dealership, love the car, saved a lot of money, and could not be happier. If your hard-earned money matters, shop elsewhere and compare! More
