I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Paul Masse Chevrolet, both in sales and service. I recently experienced a loss of steering assist while driving my truck, which is an obvious and serio Masse Chevrolet, both in sales and service. I recently experienced a loss of steering assist while driving my truck, which is an obvious and serious safety concern. I drove the vehicle directly to the dealership immediately to address the issue. Despite the safety implications, I was told the next available service appointment would not be until the following month, over a week later. No urgency was shown, no attempt was made to inspect or even triage the vehicle, and no rental or loaner options were offered. During this interaction, I explained to the service advisor that this model year of Silverado HD has known steering related issues, including safety recalls and technical service bulletins affecting this platform. After I raised that fact and expressed concern for my safety, the service advisor became ignorant and belligerent, speaking to me in a dismissive and confrontational manner almost as though he did not want to service my vehicle at all. What makes this even more troubling is that the service manager was present in the same area, clearly within earshot, and witnessed this lack of professionalism. At no point did the service manager intervene, de-escalate the situation, or show any concern for my safety or customer experience. I then spoke with the sales manager regarding how this situation was handled. While he was somewhat dismissive, he stated that he would call me back the following day. That call never happened, further reinforcing the lack of accountability and follow through across departments. Unfortunately, this experience aligns with prior issues. When I purchased the vehicle, I was presented with predatory financing options, despite having an 850 credit score, comparable to what would typically be offered to someone with poor credit. This raised serious concerns about the integrity of the finance department. Shortly after purchase, I needed a tire replacement. I was told I was receiving a “new” tire, only to later learn it had been taken off another new vehicle. While the tire itself was not the issue, the dishonesty was, and in hindsight, it was a clear indicator of how this dealership operates. There has been no aftercare from the salesperson, and the service department has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have purchased seven Chevrolet vehicles over the past 20 years, including multiple vehicles from this dealership, and I buy trucks regularly. This is not how loyal, repeat customers should be treated especially when bringing in a vehicle for a legitimate safety concern. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for both sales and service. There are far better Chevrolet dealerships that value customer safety, honesty, and long-term relationships. Unfortunately, Paul Masse Chevrolet is not one of them More

Got a recent oil change in the service center for my Chevrolet Silverado. I picked up the truck and drove it home to my house approx 9 miles away, went inside and came back out the next day to all of th Chevrolet Silverado. The oil pan nut was never secured all the way and the oil was spilled creating a massive stain on my driveway that now cannot be removed. I called Paul Masse Chevrolet to see if the could help remedy this situation because it was obviously related to the oil change that was done and a technician was at fault therefore Paul Masse is at fault. They took responsibility for their actions and came out to try and put quick dry sand on the oil to remove the stain but it did not work because the oil had been sitting for to long before they came out. I went back to see Bob Masse to talk to him to see if there was anything further that he was going to do. He told me they did all they can do and it was tough luck that i would have to deal with it. Now i have a complete eye sore oil stain on driveway that cannot be removed and if i want to do anything about it i have to pay out of my own pocket for something that was their fault. Bob Masse had horrible customer service telling to too bad and to deal with it. i have never been treated like this at a dealer ship that i bought multiople vehicles from in the past and i cannot believe it. I will never step foot back into Paul Masse Chevrolet nor will i recommend anyone i come into contact with to go there as well. 0 out of 5 stars. More

The “nice” man Nick in the service department is very disrespectful when talking to customers. When making the appointment I was never told that I would have to leave my vehicle or that I was going to be charged $150.00 diagnostic fee….. like what!??? Then the “nice” guy Nick let me know in the most unfriendly manner when I got here. And said it in a way of expecting that all people have that. I am a single, working, financially independent woman, who is struggling to eat some weeks due to the inflation in this country, I resent the fact that this guy assumes that I can be slapped with $150.00 bill today!! I will NEVER come to this dealership again so I can be talked to like a xxx….. More
The best advice I can give you to to stir clear of this dealership. I have never experienced anything like what I have experienced at this dealership. Appointments are meaningless. The prices on their website don't reflect what they actually want to charge you for cars. They don't really answer questions unless if makes their cars look great. Customer service means nothing to them. They only care about selling cars. More
