Even though we now live in New Orleans, and keep our car in New York City, we try to bring the car to Paul Masse Chevrolet in Wakefield, RI whenever p Even though we now live in New Orleans, and keep our car in New York City, we try to bring the car to Paul Masse Chevrolet in Wakefield, RI whenever possible as we also have a rental home in Narragansett RI. Over the years, we have had wonderful experiences at this dealership. We have always felt that the service department was honest, and fully explained all our options and costs. The waiting room is pleasant, with great coffee and even snacks and wraps to munch on while we wait. The most recent visit last month involved an extensive warranty repair. Although if was a big job, the service department, knowing our tight schedule, preformed and excellent repair in just 2 days. We were even given a courtesy car during that time as it would have been impossible to get around without a car. We highly recommend this dealership and service department. They are the best! More
I had a heater core problem. Antifreeze all over the cab floor. Peter got my truck in right away and took care of the problem. I was very happy with the fast and great service. I consistantly get excellent service at Paul Masse. The price is fair and they are diligent about keeping the car safe and in good running order. I needed an oil change on my Equinox. I had scheduled a doctors visit in the area and stopped in to see if I could get an oil change. I explained that I work three jobs and dropping it off would be an difficult, and began to leave. He saw that I was not happy and asked me to wait. He explained that if I had some time, he could fit me in. My car was ready, wash and reasonably priced oil change, as well as recall issue, in a couple of hours. I was impressed to see Peter go the extra mile, much as I do in my job as Compliance Officer for dinking water, professor at Salve, and basketball instructor and officiall. Fred Kwolek More
