I had what I thought was a catastrophic problem. The door to my charging port was stuck, could not open it completely or close it. Luckily the battery was fully charge. I contacted the dealer online and got an immediate response, scheduling an 8:00 am appointment the n=next day. My salesperson, dawn wellington, contacted me to determine whether I was all set. The next day, I took the Blazer EV in to Service, and Peter Farley, the service mechanic came into the sales room within the hour to explain that he had fixed the charger door and suggested I routinely clean the seal around it to keep it working properly. I am more than satisfied with this dealership and the staff. This is my fifth vehicle from Paul Masse Chevrolet South and I come back because I have dealt with people I can trust, both in purchasing a vehicle and in getting it serviced. I purchased a Chevy Traverse at this dealership and within one month of purchase I had an engine light on. I brought it back to them as it was a certified pre-owned vehicle with an active warranty. Shocking the light came back on. I was then given the run around on when I could get it back in for service. I finally took the vehicle to a neighboring Chevy dealership in Dartmouth, Colonel Chevy, and they had the vehicle for a week. They said that this issue was easily identified and just never properly serviced as it shouldn't have been missed. My most recent problem with the dealership is with a 2024 Corvette Z06 I purchased through another dealership. I was unable to buy through Paul Masse due to limited sales numbers a year for the Corvettes and I was told that " Paul Masse sells to previous customers and friends of the dealership first. Then if there are vehicle allocations available others can then buy. They wouldn't even take a deposit from me knowing I didn't have a chance. But as I called Paul Masse to service my Z06 due to a camera malfunction, I was told the dealership prioritizes customers who purchased from them. I asked when the next available appointment date was and I was told "it could be days, weeks, or months. We can't give you a date for service but we can always call you in the event something opens". What an embarrassment. I'll never take my business to the Paul Masse dealerships again. GM needs to crack down on terrible dealerships like this. More

Bought a brand new Silverado at Paul Masse South. Wasn’t cheap. 2 yrs later and 40 percent thought payments the wiring harness chaffed and caused major issues. Truck is 2 yrs old with 46 k. My 2 yr old truck was 10k out of warranty due to highway miles. GM acknowledged a problem with wiring harness chafing in my particular model. I found it in a service bulletin to dealers. I shared with Paul Masse Chevrolet and asked them to ask GM to cover. GM declined. Paul Masse did nothing for me. I received a 1358 dollar bill. I feel ripped off. I am not pleased with GM or Paul Masse Chevrolet South. I paid my bill and left. I’m selling the truck. Buyer beware of GM and Paul Masse Chevrolet South! Don’t go through what I did. I’m telling any one who will listen! Not pleased. Buy a used vehicle. Then I guess you expect repairs. I should have. Horrible experience with Paul Masse South. What matters is after the sale not the sale! More

I had a problem with my Hummer H3 that I purchased out of state, and I couldn’t find anyone willing or knowledgeable enough to fix the problem I had until I called here. They took my vehicle right in that same day, keeping me updated and explaining the process. Prior to coming here I had always had a problem trusting any mechanic, as I was either overcharged or work was not done that I had paid for. I am so happy with the service and I can now say I trust these guys with any problems I have with my vehicle. I am so happy that I am now looking to purchase an SUV here. Thanks to Pete and James. Great Service I brought my truck in for a recall. I got there early and they took the truck right in and were done before I had time to finish my coffee. The cost was just a few dollars more then ordering them from an online tire retailer and having to take them to be mounted. The few dollars is well worth the time and savings. While waiting for the tires to be installed i started to get hungry and lucky for me they had plenty of snacks and good quality coffee. The service was great, the technicians were polite and I will gladly travel twice as far to use this dealer. I would highly recommend their service department and may even go to see them when it is time for a new car.....and i don't usually buy new. More
