Worst experience ever! Sales person and manager was dishonest, deceiving, rude and failed or refused to honor a handshake offer and agreement. Joe stayed hours later than he needed to, ensuring I got the best deal, making sure that I understood everything that was going on, and cracking jokes and making me laugh when I was getting overwhelmed.
