Don’t take your vehicle to Paul heuring , they have very unskilled technicians, They don’t care about your vehicle. I have took my truck there a lot of times.And it is still messed up. We bought two used vehicles today, one from Heuring Ford (salesman was Chris Moreno). Both vehicles were roughly the same price. At Heuring, we got a free tank of gas. At the other dealer, we got key chains (salesman was Chris Moreno). Both vehicles were roughly the same price. At Heuring, we got a free tank of gas. From start to finish working with Claude was outstanding. At a time when trucks are at a premium and taking longer than normal Claude was always forthcoming with updates and information. Truck delivered and had a very minor window defect from the factory but the service department and JR worked with Ford and had new glass installed. In addition to Claude, the business manager JR and service advisor's Julie and Don all were outstanding to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Ford. More
Took vehicle to them to get “The Works”. Only thing that got the works was my wallet. Tires not rotated/tire pressure not checked, fluid levels not topped off, windshield washer reservoir em Only thing that got the works was my wallet. I should of known this would be the case as I had same experience with another vehicle I took there for same services few months ago. And not to mention the 2 hour wait. More

Claude Abbott was straight forward and patient with our visit. At no point was he rushing us to trying to convince us to go outside our comfort zone. THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE LOWEST OF THE LOW. THEY SOLD ME A RUST BUCKET, DEATH TRAP CAR WHICH IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD. THE REAR BRAKES DON'T FUNCTION, ROTTED BRAKE LINES. THERE IS RUST AND ROTTED PART RUST BUCKET, DEATH TRAP CAR WHICH IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD. THE REAR BRAKES DON'T FUNCTION, ROTTED BRAKE LINES. THERE IS RUST AND ROTTED PARTS ALL UNDERNEATH THE CAR, WIRES FROM INSIDE THE CAR ARE SHOWING, THE EXHAUST PIPE HAS HOLES, THE FUEL GAUGE NEVER WORKED, THE FRONT WHEEL FEELS LIKE IT IS GOING TO FALL OFF, THERE IS A SMELL COMING FROM THE CAR THAT BURNS YOUR EYES. THE SALES PERSON TALKED THE CAR UP AND WAS NOT HONEST WHAT SO EVER ABOUT THE CONDIITON. HE ALSO TRIED TO BLAME THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR SOME OF THE PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTERED AS SOON AS THE HEAP OF JUNK CAME OFF OF THE DELIVERY TRUCK. I PURCHASED THE CAR OUT OF STATE AND I FEEL AS IF THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AS THIS WAS ALSO DURING THE COVID 19 LOCKDOWN. I WOULD NEVER THINK A FORD DEALERSHIP WOULD SELL SUCH JUNK TO A CUSTOMER AND PUT PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK. THE CAR HAD ITS DAYS AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE JUNKYARD! I HAD SEVERAL MECHANICS LOOK AT IT AND THEY WON'T EVEN TOUCH IT BECAUSE OF HOW BADLY IT IS ROTTED OUT. IT IS A HORROR SHOW UNDERNEATH IT AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY SOLD ME. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! More
